    Returned the Chipolo card after understanding this was for a Google as I needed one which works with an Apple system. I wish the Bestbuy clerk had made this point to me.

    Couldnt get it to pair with my S25Ultra,When I came back into to ask The Geek Squad for help . I was asked if the product was purchased there,did I have an extended warranty,did have have an appointment? The tech then said he might be help, but the cost would be $45 I replied for a $17 item , he responded " That's the standard rate" I've never made and appointment before and my last purchase was a tablet with a SD card issue , they fixed it and didn't even mention a fee.I returned this product 2 minutes after that terrible customer service encounter and more than likey never return to that store .

    I can’t recommend this brand enough! I’m always on the lookout for a way to save time, and this device has been a game-changer. I used to spend a lot of time searching for my wallet, but now I can use that time to enjoy the things I actually have.

    This finder didn't work for me. I wall unable to get the tracker to stay activated as a tracker. Customer service (not Best Buy) said that it can not be used with the phone app. And was never able to add it as a Find it device at Google.

    It did not work so I had to return it. Maybe it was that it didn’t work with my phone. I don’t know.
