Best Buy sold me unactivated gift cards online

The gift cards were not activated and would not work. After spending hours on the phone, retrieving the gift cards from my daughter hours away, and going to the store several times the gift cards are still not activated. Its been 7 months. I have no more time to give to this, basically Best Buy sold me hundreds of dollars in gift cards that are not activated and have not fixed the problem, they deserve 0 stars.

Just another gift card

First you cannot add it directly to you account using the mobile app. You need to go online via browser to add it. Second- You cannot have more than 1 gc in your account at any point of time. It defeats the purpose if you buy multiple gift cards.
