Worthless Gift Card, Best Buy Will Not Help You

I bought Chipotle Gift cards and could not activate one of them. Best Buy sent me to Chipotle to resolve, and Chipotle sent me to Best Buy to fix it. I was out the money for the gift cards and Best Buy would not make it right by refunding me or activating the card. Best Buy is the one who should fix the issue since I bought it from them. It's like buying any other product there. They wouldn't send you to the manufacturer within days of buying a product from Best Buy.

Gift Cards

I called Best Buy and they refunded to replace them because they claimed I had to go through the manufacture. I had the gift cards and the receipt but Bust Buy claimed that there was nothing they can do even though Best Buy took $100 from me. I expend money with Best Buy and try not too shop at Amazon to keep them in business but this it’s frustrating.

Great gifts for everyone at Best Buy!
