This is our very first massage table, and I can say with 100% certainty that skepticism instantly turned into excitement upon the first use. After stressful, long workdays, we'll lie on it to relax, selecting our favorite mode, "Roll Massage" followed by heat level 2 (high), and let it run until it automatically turns off after 30 minutes. Don't be surprised to fall asleep while the Chirp Contour works its magic. We find this massage table hugely versatile. There is a program and/or mode that highly likely fits all needs. Before you run the massage table, you get to choose among three massage rollers: (1) "Soft" (wide, large rollers) for applying gentle pressure (our favorite, as shown in the picture) (2) "Contour" (not as large but slightly thinner rollers) for contouring the spine; this one is installed by default (3) "Deep Tissue" (thin rollers) for stretching muscles along the spine While all rollers have their unique purpose, we found that "Contour" and "Deep Tissue" may take some time to get used to. My wife said these two rollers are too rough for her and cause pain. However, she truly loves the "Soft Rollers". After you have installed the perfect roller for your needs, use the remote control to get things in motion: - Power it on, then select user profile 1 or 2 (that's so awesome that you can have 2 separate settings, one for him, and one for her, i.e., ideal for couples; adjust the neck massager position according to your height; my wife is 5'6" and I am 6'6") - Select to have a neck massage - Select to have heat (level 1 or 2; we appreciated level 2) - and then select the massage modes and/or preset programs: There are three massage modes you can select from the wired remote control: (1) "Roll Massage" - moves the rollers with even pressure up and down (2) "Decompress Massage" - moves the rollers in a wave motion (3) "Target Massage" - targets the area where you set it Last but not least, in addition to the massage modes, you have three preset programs: (1) "Warm Up" - perfect for a morning stretch after waking up (2) "Relax" - gets you into a state of relaxation (3) "Recovery" - for sore muscles and back pain I am not in a position to say whether or not this massage table could replace a chiropractor or has measurable healing power, but I want to say, you can't go wrong using such a device to simply feel better before you begin your day, after a workout, or after a long workday, especially when your workday includes sitting in front of a laptop or monitors. It soothes away our back and neck aches and muscle pains. We are mighty happy with the chip Contour, and we use it almost every day. As such, rate it with 5 stars, along with recommending it to friends and family. "It's a kinda magic". Note: This massage table is easy to carry around thanks to a side handle and reasonable weight.

📦 UNBOXING: Inside the box, you’ll find the Chirp Contour securely packaged and protected. Once you remove the Contour from the package, all the accessories are stored inside the Contour itself. Inside the Contour, you’ll find the soft roller, contour roller and the deep tissue roller. You’ll also find the external power supply stowed away. There is also a quick start guide which I recommend reading before getting started. 💪 BUILD: Altogether, the Contour is 22lbs, which is easy to carry from the side handle. The inside storage can be accessed from the seat area with an access latch. I didn’t have any issues opening it, and had no issues with it staying closed while carrying it. The remote control is permanently connected by cable, and is stowed away in a pocket on the outside of the Contour, near the carrying handle. While I don’t mind that it’s permanently connected by cable since you wouldn’t want to lose the remote, I do think it would have been nice if they included a way to neatly organize the cable. A cable tie or something would have been great. Or potentially a way to stow the remote inside the Contour. 🛠️ SETUP: The setup process is easy. All you need is a floor—carpet or hardwood works just fine. Remove the power supply, plug it into the wall, then connect it to the Contour. Then you can sit down on the seat, lay back, and press the power button to turn on the Contour. Adjust the neck position so that it rests just above your shoulder blades, and you’re ready to begin a massage. There are 2 profiles that you can save on the Contour, which is helpful if you and a partner want to save different neck positions. All you have to do is first press the profile button until you’ve selected the desired profile, adjust neck position, then while the profile LED is still blinking hold the profile button for 2 seconds to save the settings. The instructions for using these profiles are in the included quick start guide, and I definitely needed to read it to understand how to use the profiles since it was not clear how they worked just from the remote. 🎛️ CONTROLS: The remote control gives you a number of options without being overwhelming. From the top, you have the power button which you can tap to turn on and hold to turn off. Then you have the profile toggle button. Just below that, you have the neck control which gives you position controls and then rotation control so that the neck massage can rotate inward or outward, or be turned off. Then the back section allows for 2 levels of heat or no heat, then 3 different massage motions: roll, decompress, and target. The “roll” option will move the back massager across your back at a non-changing pressure, so it applies consistent pressure as it traverses your back. Thankfully, you can select from 3 levels of pressure to meet your comfort needs. The “decompress” option uses changing pressure as it traverses up and down your back, so it feels more like a massage. Then the “target” option stays at your selected location and applies variable pressure so you can focus on relieving those pesky knots. At the bottom of the remote, there is also the button to change the roller so you can choose a roller that meets your needs. When pressing this, the back roller will move all the way towards its seat, and you’ll want to wait until it’s finished before physically removing the roller. 🔘 PRESETS: To supplement these 3 options, there are presets you can select from: “warm up”, “recovery” and “relax”. The “warm up” program is supposed to be good for loosening up tight muscles and improving circulation before the day ahead. The “recovery” program is great for recovering sore muscles after a workout or a physically active day. The “relax” program starts more aggressive and gradually decreases pressure to leave you more relaxed before bed. 💆 MASSAGE: In my experience, the Chirp Contour is effective at relieving sore muscles and targeting the more persistent knots I’ve had. I tend to also have pretty stiff shoulders, so I appreciate that the Contour helps massage my neck and shoulders as well. The soft roller is better for folks who might find too much discomfort from the contour roller, but this was not an issue for me. The contour roller pivots to match the shape of your spine, which is great for relieving tension. I do think a lot of people will like the contour roller, but the deep tissue roller will take it to the next level if you need some serious relief, as its smaller surface area facilitates higher pressure. I’ve been using a Chirp wheel set for years, and the Contour feels like a natural progression for me to improve blood circulation, relieve back pain and muscle soreness. As someone who spends a lot of time sitting in a chair for work, or sitting on the couch, my lower back, mid-back and shoulders tend to carry the most tension. 10 to 15 minutes with the Contour can do wonders for maintenance. The occasional deep tissue massage can help loosen up muscles and reduce inflammation that tends to build up while I’m sitting for long periods of time, and using the presets can do wonders for starting out the day or ending the day. Using the Contour, I find that I have less muscle stiffness when I rise from bed in the morning. 🧐 CONCLUSION: Overall, I like the Contour and think it’s effective at what it promises. However, the asking price I do think is quite high. It seems to me that Chirp is hoping that the fact that it is HSA/FSA eligible will help people take the plunge despite the high price. Chirp says it supports users up to 250lbs which means there’s probably a lot of people for which this product won’t be best for. So if you’re looking to spend your FSA/HSA money, the Chirp Contour might be a great option if you need relief from back pain and tense shoulders. It could very well be cheaper than visits to the chiropractor, but its focus on back and neck pain makes it more limited.

I’ll start by saying that I am getting “older”. I’ve been working a quite physically demanding job for almost 20 years now. In the past 2/3 years I’ve been having low back problems. Not to the point of needing surgery, but bad enough to where I sometimes have spasms, and tightness. Especially just above my hips and waist in my low back. I’ve had a couple low back sprains throughout my career and more so recently. So I decided it’s time for me to do what i can to prevent it from getting worse and hopefully improve my back muscle and spine health. I’ve had this Chirp Countor Decompression table and back massager for about a week now. I was very pleased with the design and quality of the “table” when I unboxed it. It is lightweight but very sturdy. It feels well built and I am confident that it will serve me well for some time. The padding on the table is very comfortable. The sheer fabric that goes across the whole middle of the table is also high quality and stretchy. The swappable back rollers travel up and down the rails behind this fabric. The “contour” rollers come pre installed. Set up is very easy and although there isn’t many directions in the book about how to use it. It is intuitive and easy to use. The three preset buttons on the bottom of the remote have timers and will shut off on its ow after a session. You could also manually select modes and do your own routine. The neck massager is also pretty amazing. You can adjust the height of the rollers for your neck, and set different heights for two separate profiles. The neck massager rollers are not swappable like the back rollers are. In the box you get the contour rollers, soft rollers and deep tissue rollers. My favorite so far are the contour rollers. They are the best for decompression routine. I like to use the soft rollers for winding down and relaxing, and deep tissue for an after work session. The first time i used the “decompression” button. I let out a loud grunt lol. My back cracked a couple of times while using this machine, and it felt soooo good. Some much needed relief. I am quite pleased with this massage and decompression table. It does an excellent job at decompressing your spine. The heat is pleasing and the massage feels great. It’s too early for me to say if this will help me in the long term, but I am hopeful that it will. I sleep so good after a brief session on the table. It’s such a nice machine to have and use at home when you can’t find the time to make it to a masseuse. This machine probably won’t replace a professional massage, but if you are busy bee like myself. You will really appreciate having this table at home. It can be hard to find the time and sometimes the $$ to go to a professional masseuse often, so I am going to love this table. It is also lightweight and compact enough to toss it into your car and take it with you wherever you please. The extra rollers and power cable stow neatly and easily under the “seat” of the table, and the control stows into a pocket on the side conveniently as well. I am 6’ even and I fit perfectly on the table. My fiance is about 5’4 and she also fits on the table. I had to look online for the info but I think the table recommends a height between 5’ and 6’5” for this particular table. I’ve rambled enough, and if you’re still here and reading. I recommend you purchase this. It is amazing and will do wonders for your back muscles and spine. The neck massager is a very nice bonus. I absolutely love this machine and would gladly purchase another.

This massage table is pretty nice there are a some pros and a bit more cons. First, this device looks and feels great, the packaging was impressive with nice air tubes surrounding the product keeping it well protected during shipping. The product feels like good premium materials and easy to maintain and wipe down if it gets dirty. I like how well it could travel or just carry around to where you want to use it with the carrying handle although it would be nice if handles were located on both sides. The device in use is fairly quiet and seems to a good job with massaging along the spine and somewhat my neck. It has a few massage options like rolling with different pressure options, decompression which just raises and lowers along the spine which felt nice and target area which allows you to adjust to where you need it along your spine and let it focus that area. It comes with three wheel options which are very easy to change out and they all felt really good to me especially the deep tissue it was pretty aggressive but I liked it. It heats up super quick in heat mode with two heat settings a low and high. I like the presets it has and it's nice you can have two profiles assigned for two people which makes it kinda easy to just set it and forget it. The cons I have with it are that I wish the remote had a backlight to be able to see in dark rooms or using it at night I guess it can almost work if you memorize where everything is but I am surprised it doesn't have this feature for how expensive this item is. The next con is for me I don't really feel it doing that well of a massage on my neck area, it's almost too wide and it would be nice if they had a feature to adjust the width as well as the height for the neck to be able to reach more people. Overall, this is just a basic massage table for use on the floor which is nice as gravity can help assist the pressure against the spine compared to a seated massage chair add on. I think it does the massage and decompression nicely along the spine I just would also like more of along the sides of the back lower and upper along the shoulders to get those areas a bit better. The neck part for me doesn't seem to fit that well for my neck at least and I wish for the price they could have made it able to adjust the width too to be able to squeeze my neck better. If you like having a massage daily and have the space for it I think it's a good device just lack of some features and the price make it almost not a good product maybe the next version will include some changes and make it even better.

Wow- a lot to write about here. This table has worked wonders for my wife, who is a school teacher and on her feet all day long. Her back and shoulders are constantly bothering her, and she comes home sore and worn out. Most nights I help her out with back rubs and what limited knowledge I have of massage techniques to help her relax. When I saw the Contour Decompression and Massage table, I knew I had to get it for her to see if it could help with her back and shoulder discomfort. Long story short, the answer is a resounding yes. That, and even more! The Contour is more than just a back massager, more than just a shoulder/neck massager, more than just a heating pad. It is all of those, and combines them together in preset programs (Warm Up, Recovery, and Relax) that is synergistic. It is also customizable, allowing for the neck massager to be positioned wherever is the most comfortable. In addition, there is a target mode that allows you to position the rollers in the perfect position for a massage, a roll mode that moves just the rollers in the table up and down, decompress mode that moves the rollers in a waving motion, and a heat mode that acts like a heating pad to apply warmth to the back. There are three different rollers that come with the Contour, each with a specific area around the spine that they focus on. I won’t get into each one, but found that the Soft and Contour rollers really hit the spot. There is a wired remote that has all the possible modes and selections on it, and can also be used to store different profiles in case you have someone that wants the pressure lower or higher, the heat on or off, or the neck massager location. In use, the Contour does exactly what it says it will. I won’t get in depth on every mode or function, but suffice it to say we tried them all. Recovery and Relax are our absolute favorites. My wife promptly fell asleep during the Relax program, as the gentle motion of the rollers, the warm heat, and slow neck/shoulder massage totally relaxed her. Recovery is my favorite, I sit at a desk all day and my shoulders and upper back are often sore at night. This program really helps with sore muscles. I have no complaints about the Contour, it has turned out to be a nightly tradition to use it. I use it just before showering for the night and going to bed, and my wife uses it just before bed. And, if we feel a need earlier in the day, we go ahead and use it then too. It is also compact and light, easy to stow and carry. Very pleased and highly recommend.

I have personally used Chirp’s roller products for years and I truly think they just get it compared to the rest of the market, but seeing this Decompression table really intrigued me as it’s something similar chiropractors use but isnt really available to the rest of us. So being able to use this, I have to say it is a game changer! PROS: - Opening this up, this thing is big! But of course it has to be because it needs to be able to massage the entire length of your back and neck. However, even with it being big I found it to be quite lightweight and easy to move around from storage to out in the open. - There is little to no “setup” required which is great. It plugs into the wall and has a wired remote, you can change the back roller if you like but other than that it’s ready to go right out of the box. - Speaking of the wires, I personally think the wired remote is excellent because it’s literally the only way to interact with the table and you do not want to lose it. Also the power cord is nice because it plugs into the wall, has some length, and then has a connection point at the end to plug into the table itself. This is nice as it’s an easy way to not have to unplug it from the wall all the time, but have it available anytime you use the table. - Using the table itself is a wonderful experience! I personally like the contour roller the best (although the soft and deep tissue have their uses too) and it does a really excellent job decompressing your back. I can feel the areas that are most tender for me, and over a few days of use it made those areas more loose and easier to work with making my back feel great! - The main back massage settings are roll, decompress, or target. They all serve their purpose really well but decompress is the real star in my mind! The heating element is a wonderful addition as well to help relax your back as it works through those spine areas that are tight. - Of course the neck massager is another great addition. Being able to adjust the area it massages as well as the direction is great, and adds more value to be able to get that done while your back is being worked on as well. NOTE: - I think it’s worth noting that just like going to the chiropractor, you might be sore after your first or second use. If it’s not something you routinely do, it’s a new thing your body is getting used to just like when you start running for the first time in a while or lifting weights. I found that after a few days of consistent use I really got more comfortable with it and my body was seeing results! CONS: - I wish the neck massage function had a heating option, it is just the back that does heat BOTTOM LINE: - So many of us spend a lot of our day sitting in our car, or at school, or at work, or even being active for work or fun! Whatever it might be, our backs need to be taken care of to make sure we have good health and flexibility for years to come. I truly think Chirp gets that and they delivered on better back health with their decompression and massage table. It’s easy to use, powerful, but easy to move and store away. I have used it everyday and I can feel my back getting more flexible with less pain, and I think a lot of daily users will love this!

The Chirp Contour provides spinal decompression, back/neck/shoulder massage, and heat therapy with customizable treatments to deliver professional grade relief at home. The Contour is a portable decompression and massage table that combines spinal decompression, massage, and targeted heat in a single device that is compact enough that it can be stored under your bed. At 43” long x 23” wide x 7” high, it can easily be stored out of the way, though at 22 pounds it would be nice to have handles on both sides for transport or when maneuvering for storage. The Contour is made with premium soft touch materials, a heavy duty plastic frame, and high quality interchangeable rollers to further personalize the treatment. The table is well designed with storage built into the seat to keep the power adapter, wired remote control, and spare rollers neatly organized. Every time you turn on the Contour it resets the neck/shoulder massagers back to home position, to accommodate a user to get into position and adjust their height. Fortunately Chirp provides two profiles that can save your preference, to quickly get the unit back in the correct position; which I found to be the most important step when using the Contour. I initially found the Contour uncomfortable, but after adjusting where I laid with respect to the bottom of travel, I could then properly set the neck height. Unfortunately, the upper back travel is also based on this and I initially found myself wanting the rollers to run further up my back but then the shoulder massagers were too far up the neck to be comfortable. Fortunately you can turn them off when running a manual session, but the programmed routines do not allow disabling. I did eventually find a position that was comfortable on my shoulders and neck while still getting upper back relief, which I was able to save as one of the profiles for quick retrieval. In addition to the routines, you can run manually operate the modes including roll, decompression, and target to focus on a particular area that is troubling you. Once familiar with operation, you can easily personalize the treatment for what works best for you. The Contour is a great value and convenient, having the flexibility of grabbing it and getting relief whenever needed, assuming you either have space for the Contour or the room to store it when not in use. Although I still haven’t warmed up to the deep tissue rollers, I like that Chirp provides an assortment of rollers. The soft ones are great starting out, but the contour ones seem to provide the best balance between comfort and intensity. So far I have only used the Contour maybe a dozen times however, I feel it has already helped loosen up my back and reduced lower back pain. Overall the Chirp Contour is a great choice because it can provide immediate relief in your own home, any time you need it.

Great For Back and Neck Relief

I have been using the Chirp Contour in black for five days now, and it has quickly become a go to for tackling my back and neck tension from long hours at my desk and working out. Setup could not be easier, just pull it out of the box, pull the remote and plug from the base compartment, plug it in, and you are ready with a simple remote to control everything from heat to massage modes. The three swappable rollers let you dial in the intensity: a soft one for gentle days, a contour roller that targets the spine’s curves, and a deep tissue option that hits knots hard but feels great once you are used to it. The neck and lower back sections adjust up and down via the remote to zero in on tight spots, which is fantastic for getting right into those stubborn muscles that need it. So far, I have been liking and running the relax preset for about fifteen minutes at a time, while listening to some relaxing music, and I walk away feeling looser and more relaxed. I think it takes a handful of sessions along with trying each of the different rollers to figure out what works best for you and your body. Be patient, the more you explore, the better this will work for you. Pros: The ability to adjust the neck and lower back rollers up and down is a standout, letting me pinpoint exactly where I need relief, like my upper traps or lower lumbar. The three rollers, stored neatly in a compartment at the base, make it easy to switch mid-session based on how my body feels. That storage compartment is a nice touch, keeping everything organized. Sliding the unit under the bed for storage is perfect since it is a bit bulky, and it fits without hassle. The decompression mode gently stretches the spine while the rollers work, easing that compressed feeling from sitting and gaming too long. The heat warms up evenly, not too hot, and really boosts the relaxation and is immediate. The unit feels sturdy and well built, like it will hold up for years. It is also quiet enough to use without disturbing anyone nearby. For mild to moderate back issues, it can be a game changer for some. Cons: The deep tissue roller can feel overly aggressive at first, especially if your muscles are sensitive, and it took me a couple of sessions to ease into it. The remote is a pain to read, the button labels are small and tough to make out even with my glasses on, though after a few uses, you memorize what does what, and it becomes second nature. At about 23” x 3” x 43” inches and 22 pounds, it takes up noticeable floor space when in use, so you need a clear spot. No carrying case means moving it between rooms is a bit awkward. I am giving the Chirp Contour four out of five stars due to its effective decompression, which makes a fantastic addition to my daily routine, especially for managing back and neck tightness. The minor issues with the remote’s readability and initial intensity are easy to work around after a few uses. If you have the space and want a reliable at home solution for muscle relief, this table delivers solid results and has already made my days noticeably more comfortable.

Out of the box, you receive the large sized massager. Inside the seat, you'll find the power cord, user manual, and three different rollers. Once you select your preferred roller, the table is ready to use. The wired controller is located on the right side. My main complaint is that the controller is small, and the button labels are difficult to read. I often have to sit up to clearly see the options, which interrupts the relaxation experience. The neck massager is fantastic. You have the ability to change the direction of the massage or completely turn it off. Crucially, you can also adjust the position (up or down) to ensure it targets the exact area you need. The back massager is what I enjoy the most. It's so effective I actually fell asleep during one session! It offers three main modes: Roll Mode: This is a simple, effective up and down motion across the back. Decompress Mode: For me, this is the most intense. It works in a wave motion, and when it hits my lower back, it feels almost painful, as if it's going to pull me apart. However, it's also satisfyingly deep and relieving at the same time. Target Mode: This allows you to focus the massage on a specific area. I often combine the Decompress and Target modes simultaneously, the relief is incredible. When you add the heat feature to a targeted, deep compression, it’s a game-changer no wonder I was so relaxed that I drifted off! I use the table every day for 15–20 minutes, sometimes right before bed. While I do feel sore the next day, it's the "good kind" of sore that comes from a deep tissue massage. My back is already feeling better. I know I still have a long way to go, but the Chirp Massage Table has made a big difference in my daily life. It's a wonderful machine to have at home, providing a much needed massage after a long day at work or a workout. Best of all, I no longer have to bother anyone to rub my back! Before I forget you can easy store it under your bed with no problem.

I’ve had an opportunity to use this every 2 days since I got it. I didn’t want to use it everyday because this is more of a deeper massage. So far I like it. It’s different, but I enjoy it. It was extremely easy to setup and get started. You can literally take it out of the box, select which roller you want to use (soft, contour, deep tissue), plug in and go. I really recommend you look into customizing the size and everything to fit your needs. I fully admit. I didn’t really like this before I took the time to really get it right for me. After I adjusted the neck and shoulder area, it was great. I really like this now that I made some adjustments. I can definitely see myself using this once per week. I have to see if I can adjust the lower back area. I love I can create two profiles. One for myself and the other for my wife. That way we can customize our own experiences. I think it does a fantastic job on your neck and shoulder area. I experienced discomfort in my lower back area, but I’m sensitive there. I think at times the settings can get a little too strong, but it really helped remove some stress I was caring in my shoulders. The handle is very helpful and the fabric is literally cloud like. It’s super relaxing just laying on it! The control was easy to use. It’s a tad confusing at first, but it’s pretty intuitive. You can select what areas to target, select a setting (warmup, recovery, or relax), use heat and power on off. Pros Portable 3 massage rollers Not battery operated Storage for additional rollers Neck massage Upper back massage Kneading or rolling massage settings Can create 2 profiles Remote controlled Carrying handle Soft fabric Cons: A tad bulky Longer extension cord At times a little intense Heat feature gets really hot If your torso is short, you might experience some pain when the roller targets your lower back Heat feature gets hot Overall: I think we’re about two models away from this being perfect. It’s a great therapeutic massage once you make the customizations to fit your needs. I don’t know though if I can recommend it at this price. There were too many instances where a really deep massage turned slightly painful.

The Chirp Contour Decompression and Massage Table is an excellent addition to the Chirp lineup. Unboxing and setup – The Chirp Contour is nicely packed and well protected. Nothing arrived damaged. Setup is quick and intuitive. It is operated with a hardwired remote; although a wireless remote would have been a nice upgrade. It supports a height between 5’0” - 6’5” and weight up to 250 lbs. It comes with 3 interchangeable rollers including soft, contour, and deep tissue. They are stored inside the unit beneath the cushioned seat. To switch between the rollers, select the change rollers button on the bottom of the remote. This moves the roller mechanism to the base allowing easy access. Just pop out the roller you want to remove and click in the new roller. Mine came with the contour roller installed but after trying all of them my overall favorite is the soft roller. Performance (neck) – The neck massage position can be adjusted up or down based on your height to maximize comfort. This location can be saved by selecting a profile in the top right corner of the remote. The direction of the rollers can be changed between clockwise and counterclockwise. I find the counterclockwise setting to be more comfortable/relaxing. One big oversight by Chirp is that you cannot change the width of the neck rollers. Based on my neck size the rollers are a little too close together for optimal comfort. Performance (back) – The back massage has 3 preset massage options including roll, decompress, and target. When roll is selected you can adjust the pressure it uses as it slides up and down the spine. The decompress mode oscillates up and down as it moves along the spine, and this is by far my favorite mode. The target mode does just what is sounds like – allows you to adjust the rollers to a specific area of the back with the same roller movement used in decompress mode. Lastly, there is a heat option which works really well. It heats up fast and helps my muscles relax. Storage – It measures 43 inches tall x 22 inches wide x 7 inches deep. It has a nice carry handle and only weighs 22 pounds. There is a pocket on the side to store the remote and the wall adapter fits inside the device in a space next to the rollers. Overall, I really like the Chirp Contour. I have been using it daily and have noticed a big difference in my baseline neck and back pain. I highly recommend.

I kept seeing this pop up on instagram and figured I would try it out. I was able to snag the Black Friday deal as well. It comes right out of the box ready to use. The heat works instantly and feels fantastic. I personally love the decompression setting. It helps my back rest, open up and generally is a relaxing experience. Feels like it’s built well but only had it a week so far and used it daily.

Downgrading from a giant, fully equipped massage chair to this due to moving into a smaller place here. I will say that self care is vital and this baby has saved me from many aches and pains recently. If you position yourself just right, it will crack you right where you need it. I love it so far!

The contour so far performs well and helps relieve occasional neck pain. The spine massager tends to push my body up or down the mat instead of gliding underneath. My wife doesnt have this issue however and she spends significantly more time on the contour than i do. She's happy with the purchase.

Great device and easy to set up and use. Comes with 3 interchangeable rollers and I will likely purchase the other two types available.

Really good but if you’re super sensitive it may not be a good match for you. It’s meant to be painful until you get used to it.

Can be intense but a blanket will help with the pressure. Great to get day started or unwind after.
