It’s ok. It’s just a bit too short on the top and bottom and I’m average size. Additionally the kneading action is just ok and the “traction” doesn’t really stretch one out enough. I think further refinement could make this a better product as well as adding a backlight to the remote which is such a simple thing especially given it’s corded.

Great for relaxing at the end of the day. Neck massage and heat are a great bonus.

Awesome item for anyone who experiences general back pain and wants to save money on chiropractic or massage services. The settings and features allow you to tailor your experience to your height. It’s really comfortable and alleviates general pain and tension. I work from home so this really helps after a long day of sitting at my desk. Alittle pricey but it’s a really great product.

Great massager you feel how is stretching your back

6'2" tall ....it great however it doesnt get to L5/S1 where most of my pain is ....hopefully they come out with an XL model

Massager works as advertised, especially after you save profiles to the device for height adjustments. Works great for post and pre workouts.

Does work really well. Someone who cant stand alot of pressure on their back may not benefit from this. Hard to get up after but have more mobility than when i lay down

I kept seeing this pop up on instagram and figured I would try it out. I was able to snag the Black Friday deal as well. It comes right out of the box ready to use. The heat works instantly and feels fantastic. I personally love the decompression setting. It helps my back rest, open up and generally is a relaxing experience. Feels like it’s built well but only had it a week so far and used it daily.

I had Back Surgery 10 years ago. L4/L5/S1 Fusion. My Dr was amazing, but only so much you can do without having chronic pain and stiffness. Finally the Decompression feature on the Chirp has helped! 100% recommend.

The Chirp Contour is a great at-home device. It’s very customizable, allows you to adjust the wheels and heights, and has a save settings function for multiple users. The only downside is that it only includes 3 of the 5 rollers. The other two rollers are only sold separately through Chirp directly and cost an extra $60.

Not for everyone. My son’s therapist has her lower spine hernieted on like 3 or 4 discs and she can’t stand to be on the table. Me on the other side I am falling asleep on it

Should you buy this? Yes. Does an unbelievably amazing job at relaxing those paraspinal muscles. I use this after a long day and it really does work. Only had it for a few days but I’m sure it will last.

This product is amazing. In just the couple weeks of owning it, my back is already feeling better. The decompression mode feels great and has provided much needed relief.
