    Does its job. Helps my sore back. Haven't had it long enough to know reliability. Could use a better user manual. Still can't figure out how to set the upper and lower limits to the roller movement.

    I like the massage features and appreciate that you can swap out the different rollers. However, the neck massage is a bit too intense for my liking. At a $500 price point, I don’t feel it’s worth keeping. If it were closer to $100, it would be a better value, but overall it feels pretty average for the cost.
