My wife and I both tend to have soreness in our backs so I look for products that could help both of us. I came across the chirp decompression & massage table and it looked promising. The chirp table comes to you with everything you need for a couple different options for massage. There are three different swappable rollers, a soft one, a deep tissue one, & a contoured one. Other than that, you get an always connected remote and a power cord that is easily detachable for easy storage. All you have to do to set up out of the box is unwrap the chirp table and plug it in. Once you are plugged in and select the roller type you want use, all you have to do is lay down and turn the chirp on. Besides the roller type, you have many other options to consider for your massage. Do you want to just massage your back with the roller? You can do that. Do you want just decompression? You can do that. Do you want to add in heat or also add a neck massage? Yes this is all possible. You can change pressure, or lock in a target area, or use a preset program to do all of it with the simple push of a button. Besides the massage, the really great feature of the chirp is the portability of the table itself. Weighing in at around 20 lbs, it’s not too heavy to move around as needed using the handle it has on the side. When you are done, the remote and the power cord store in a convenient storage built right into the table. It can also be stored in closets or under furniture fairly easily. If you are interested in a good back / neck massage, in a smaller form factor, and with many many different options, the chirp decompression & massage table might be a good option for you. With all the options, the storage convenience, and the portability, the chirp does check a lot of boxes.

I was very impressed with the Chirp Contour Decompression and Massage Table. It’s a quality product with thoughtfully-designed features. It has three default programs designed to be used before or after exercise to warm up or cool down. The third program is for relaxation before sleep. I’ve tried each one and can say they really work. I have frequent back issues that sometimes make exercise difficult or daunting, so finding a product that makes me feel ready to exercise and then helps me feel good after exercise is a real game changer. The table also has a two-level heat feature, that is truly comforting. Together with the massage features, I’ve found it to be an excellent way to relax. There are three interchangeable sets of rollers that are easy to swap out and store conveniently in the seat. The table is designed to operate only if the rollers are properly seated in the device, which prevents problems. Initially, I felt like the massage itself was too rough, but I soon realized that I needed to set up my profile to match my height and also to wear soft, comfortable clothes (think sweats). Jeans with a belt is a definite no no! Finally, the table is designed to be easily set up and stored away. There is a convenient pocket to hold the wired remote and a handle that lets you carry the product and store it away. The seat holds all of the rollers, as well as the power cable.
