We will have not figured out the pin point pads that came with the unit but other pads are available. The stimulation is very strong.

After thoroughly cleaning the pads and washing the pads with warm water. The pads will not stick like before. I called Best Buy they can't do nothing for me since I missed the returnable date by 2 days. I called Chirp and they said they can't replace the pads since I did not buy from Chirp themselves. Chirp will only sell me new pads at a discount rate. What a joke of a company. Best Buy is to blame too since they can't even help. Why sell a product you can't support. The 1 year warranty is a joke in itself. Not going to buy anything from Best Buy or this Mickey Mouse company anymore.

All replacement pads cost $14 a piece! WAY TOO $$$

The electrode pads last at most for 2 or 3 days and every single pad cost $14 a piece. If you are someone who wants to use this unit a lot it will cost you a fortune!

Could never get both pads connected to the controller. Multiple resets, no fix. One pad was working on its own with the system turned off. Great idea, terrible experience. Returned to Best Buy after Christmas.
