    Very skeptical of this product and its claims. Turns out they are correct and actually produce the results they claim. It will take time to adjust your back to the sensation and get comfortable with the usage of it. No day-to-night results as it will take several usages to get familiar but will work miracles for a troubled back. They are expensive but I picked up on the website daily deal at a bargain.

    I have a terrible back, and the instant I rolled on it the first time, it cracked all the way up. I've been working to relieve the pain in my lower back as well and I feel it's about to pop soon

    Works wonder for your back. Just remeber that 10 inch wheel is a little firm. If you are newto using the chirp wherl go with the less firm model
