Sometimes the remote will disconnect from the device. Which sucks. Cause it’s a whole process to reset it. But otherwise. Great devices and easy to use.

It offers countless options for streaming but not for the service we needed. It has five stars because it was capable of delivering the streaming products but not what were needed specifically.

Easy to turn your older TV into a smart TV

We are using the apps like Netflix and also using it to cast from our phones. Awesome that the power and volume buttons control the TV because we no longer have the remote.

Its scary how well they know me - or all of us for that matter. Google is always listening. Back to the device. Plug and play, link your email and done. Very easy to use amd i loke it better than the firestick. Google has so many options for entertainment and life management.

Over time, the TV was not compatible with other apps to use as this TV became outdated. I did buy this Chromecast with Google TV and my TV now works wonderfully! It's quicker and I only need to use the Google remote, no longer need 3 remotes.

The volume button on the side is a little different to get used to.

Great if you can default your tv to the source its plugged into, makes an old TCL roku Tv feel like a new Google TV. And it was under 30$

Fast, Responsive, and Affordable!

The Roku tv I had just wasn't fast or powerful enough to cast without crashing, but this little thing has no trouble at all. The menu and controls feel super snappy as well, full stars across the board!

The only small problem I have with the unit is that it occasionally forgets the name and password for my wireless router. It’s a simple fix to restore it in the Chromecast menus, but I shouldn’t need to once it's set.

It automatically filled in many of my passwords when signing in which made the start so much easier. It also has a cleaner layout and more intuitive and faster. Love

Would rather have a dumb TV with Google TV dongle than a smart TV.
