I'm very satisfied with the value of the product. The controller buttons are a little sensitive and the bottom is a little too smooth- it can slip and slide all over the couch if you're not careful.

I like how all my streaming services are in one place and there is also a clean way to tie in something like Hulu + Live TV/YouTube TV/etc. Setup is a pain, however, as you have to go through the on-phone process multiple times to trigger a software update and then need to use the remote to do the setting up. (I had to set up mine and then one for my parents, so it seems to be a recurring issue, at least in March/April 2024.) Also wish it came in black, as the white dongle and cord stand out.

My daughter was setting me up using my old Roku and she couldn't take it. We went to Best Buy and grabbed a couple chromecast for my tvs. They load much faster.

I even use one of them in place of the Samsung built-in Tizen operating system because Tizen was too glitchy.
