    We replaced our Rokus with Google Chromecast. Our Rokus kept dying and they were very limited in what they could do. The Chromecast works beautifully and has some amazing features.

    i have used both Google TV and Fire Stick. I must say i liked google TV when compared to Fire stick due to the usability experience and also casting option which is available on Google TV.

    I had a chromecase without the remote. The remote makes a huge difference. It has a volume button and the a "voice" feature as well.
