Sure enough, my tv runs like new again and the google interface is really convenient and the recommendation algorithm is actually pretty accurate.

Don't waste time and money on a Roku

The google voice search and the ability to control your TV power and volume are great bonuses. I already have an older Android TV, so the streaming experience was not much different - other than for improved performance.
