Support from Google on its own product is non-existent. You end up relying on a chat blog and there are really no answers w/o researching for hours. Set-up is easy, the first time... try to figure out anything further in problems, you're on your own.

The UI is very slow and not that responsive. When watching HDR/Dolby Vision content sometimes the screen will flicker black. The other thing I'm not fond of is how the volume buttons are on the side. When just picking up the remote you accidentally hit up or down on the volume buttons. They should be put on the front.
