Its worth a watch if you liked jumper or cloverfield

This is only an ok movie. I would not watch it again.

Great concept, not bad acting, but very anti-climactic. The 3rd party view gets old, could have filmed it like a regular movie and added more value to the depth of the story.

If the movie had a stronger storyline it could've been better! Maybe they didn't have enough money and just worked with what they had....

This movie seemed interesting from the trailers but the movie wasn't as good as I anticipated.

blu ray wouldnt play on ps4, it played on blu ray player i have but a little disappointing, the movie itself is great

I love Max Landis' writing, but this flick just didn't really do it for me.

Just a regular movie, nothing special about it. Wait for it on Netflix.

Cinamotography is just like Cloverfield well not as annoying with the camera shaking, but i did made me reminisce on how it was shot. Story is original from what i seen. If you ever wonder what it would be like to have powers and not like X-MEN type of deal with supper powers that you are born with. So you would act completely shock and awe. There is no twist and turns and it is an idea on how 3 people with very deferent live style would deal with and on how destructive it can be if anger emotions would show its face. Like the DVD covers saids "What are you capable of?". And no, not all have a dark side, but it wouldn't be much of a story if one of them didn't. FYI, If you buy this in the store, this DVD only has 1DVD, unlike what the description saids online, don't know if you actualy get 2DVDs if you do get it on bestbuy website. Don't know if anyone has.

I originally hoped to catch this movie in theaters, but that did not happen. When I saw it was going to be released on Bluray - I went out the date of release to go buy it. I just had a feeling it was going to be worth the buy.... Definitely was! Loooove this movie! I'm into the whole super power, action scene - So it worked for me. I was worried since it was first person recorded, but it's fine. It's not awful like Blair Witch. All in all - Great movie. If you're debating, go for it. I haven't gotten around to the special features yet, but the movie itself is worth the buy.

Saw it at the theater and was well worth the Popcorn money. I did at first have my doubts with the whole Docu style, but they got the formula executed perfectly! A really (Funny, connected, dark, sad) good story line. Charming and talented actors to draw you in. (Oh did they ever!!!) Then to top it off the effects were life like without any CGI cartoon shine! Now this is about to join my collection!!! Most def worth the Check-Out! Cant wait to see it on my 58".

it starts of as a normal clitche teenage movie, but in a couple of minutes it quikly picks up its pase and gets real fast. you fallow the three teens though out their exploration in controlling their new powers, however their is a currupted mind in the group that turns the whole movie dark. overall a good film to watch with friends

Good movie, one of the best found footage films I've seen. Very inventive story that offers an original take on the very crowded superhero genre. The disc has 2 versions of the film, theatrical and extended. There are no other disc extras, which is disappointing.

A huge fan of the genre, Chronicle surprises and pleases. It may not have the glitz or glamour of the big tent pole superhero franchises coming out this Spring and Summer, but Chronicle brings the super-powered action/adventure back down to earth. http://bit.ly/xjCNVz
