I purchased this projector to replace my 13 year old 1080p Mitsubishi. After many hours of reading reviews and watching YouTube videos, I finally decided on this projector. Although it was more than I had originally planned to spend, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. It is not quite as good as a 4k tv at the same price point, but in my opinion the little bit of picture quality you give up when watching the projector is more than made up for when can immerse yourself in a movie theater size image. I have the projector set back 15 feet from a 120” 1.0 gain gray silver ticket productions screen. Neither I or my wife have experienced laser speckle that I had read about and was concerned about. The other worry I had was in regards to the black levels that some users complained about. While not perfect I found the black levels to be completely acceptable for a laser projector at this price point. By far my favorite feature about this projector is the brightness, I can watch football on a Sunday afternoon without having to use blackout curtains to cover the dual 8 foot sliding glass doors, something I could never dream of doing with my old projector.

Picture quality is very good but its not 100% rectangle shape of the screen. its trapezoid shape. I tried several setting but its not 100% rectangle shape.

Excellent picture quality! This product was an amazing price for this level of quality and ease in setup.

Item broke after 18 days of use, just outside the 15 day return window. Best buy said it wasn't their problem. Return policy is garbage. Buyer beware.
