Would give zero stars if I could. Putting the tent part on was a joke, not to mention figuring out what plugs into what. Then once we got it all set up the dumb thing doesn’t work. It gets warm the 45 c then stops. The back pad never did work. Nor the foot pads. The remote is not cordless and have no clue where any steam would come from. We did unplug it all and check all the wires and no luck. Total junk. Hopefully tomorrow Best Buy won’t give us an issue taking this back, I really don’t want to start off the New Year having to go Karen.
