Not very efficient to use but easier than squeezing juice by hand! Haven’t used very much because it is messy and it not as efficient because it’s vertical.

However no matter what I do, either the mixer or juicer attachment keeps spitting black sludge into my juice. I’ve cleaned both many times and can’t find the reason. The strainer also clogs quickly with pulp, slowing down an otherwise speedy process. Plastic attachment feels very cheap and not up to KA quality. Back to manual juicing for me!

The product got hot from the pressure of the produce being held against it for juicing. The stem melded to the plastic and froze up making it unusable. I immediately contacted Vest buy and was informed it has a 30 day warranty so they did nothing! I usually get everything from Best Buy but will reconsider from here on out if this is how they handle poor product quality.
