The product got hot from the pressure of the produce being held against it for juicing. The stem melded to the plastic and froze up making it unusable. I immediately contacted Vest buy and was informed it has a 30 day warranty so they did nothing! I usually get everything from Best Buy but will reconsider from here on out if this is how they handle poor product quality.

Great Attachment for Kitchenaid

My only gripe is that it has to lock in perfectly or it will fall out and after a while of use, the pulp catcher can get clogged and you have to stop to clean it every so often but other than that great kitchen item !

Works good with oranges, for grapefruit you need a strong hand to push the half . Easy to clean and it doesn't take a lot of space to storage
