Originally i thought it was missing pieces so i wanted to return for another one. I just found out there was a separate box that had been misplaced with the additional pieces. PROS-very loud, several game options, lights up and has an authentic game look. CONS-joy stick falls off constantly even when you tighten it. The piece that connects into the back of the game (power cord) gets loose and shuts the entire system off when you move it or bump it. In order to access the main menu, you have to hold the pacman 2 player button for more than 10 seconds (which feels like forever) i also hate that it flashes insert coin but theres no real coin option, its just for decoration. Overall id say it okay for the price. My opinion would be save a few hundred more dollars and get a better nostalgic one, with real coin options, and better quality cabinet.

Absolutely love it! Old school at its best. Used curbside pickup and it was loaded into my car so I didn't realize how heavy it was. My daughter and I put it together in about 2 hours. Instructions were easy to follow but it is important to FOLLOW them in order. (We put the bottom together first and got lost for a minute in the instructions). So many different games to choose from and it's the first thing visitors notice when they come over and they have to play! I wish it had a place for real quarters, lol!

I’m so so so happy I got my ms Pac-Man machine ! I saw them selling out fast and was eyeballing it for 3 weeks. I got the last one in my area and everywhere else sold out or limited stock. I originally wanted the 1980s Pac-Man machine but it’s like $3,000+. So when I saw arcade1up had a machine for only under $500 that provides you with not only ms Pac-Man but 12 games. No other arcade1up machine provides 11 extra games !!! I had to hop on this and get myself a machine. I love it. The old school colors make me happy.

Really happy with this cabinet. This is my first Arcade 1Up - if I can convince my significant other it won't be my last. The cabinet was easy to assemble and looks great, especially the Galaga artwork and the marquee. The games list is great - there are a few I wasn't familiar with but they actually are all really fun and very challenging. No filler titles here apart from maybe Galaxian. The only downsides I experienced are a small imperfection in the side art (hardly noticeable but a piece of the artwork was slightly torn) and I wish they had put a light behind the coin doors (I've purchased a 3rd party add on to remedy this though). I also wish that instead of the online leaderboards at the game select screen you could see the local high scores (I don't intend to connect mine online). Please also note that the cool startup animation that shows a Galaga ship will be removed if you connect it online and update the software - there's no need to perform the update and I like the intro so I'm keeping mine stock. Highly recommended

We play this every day. Just walking by and grab a quick game of Mrs Pacman or Galaga. I'm 5'11, and the cabinet doesn't seem to small. I don't use the chair. Audio quality from the 2 speakers is great and picture/play quality is identical to the original games. I was planning on replacing the joy stick, but it works fine. Maybe in the future.

Best game ever purchased it takes me back to my childhood. I love playing Ms. PAC-Man, Dig Dug heck I love playing all the games. I play this more than I’m on my phone. Whenever someone comes over I tell them they can’t leave unless they play me at least once. That turns into 6-7 sometimes even more games lol.

Great purchase! Made my daughter beyond happy. Easy CC sign up and easy financing options! She got it exactly as scheduled. Couldn’t be more happy. She keeps bragging about beating her husband’s high score.

This was a great gift for my husband for Christmas…that the whole family is enjoying. It’s a good size (we did just order the riser for a little more height since we are a tall family) and works perfectly in our bonus room. We will have to strap it to the wall because it is top heavy and I don’t trust it not to tip with kids around unsupervised. It comes with the hardware to do this, but I’m waiting on the riser before doing that. Putting it together took a couple of hours and a single screwdriver. Everything was labeled and so clear in what to do! I would highly recommend this!

Brings back great memories of the 70s and 80s they were the days.

First cabinet of my collection it has all the games from my childhood that i loved to play. Gameplay is just as it should be and with it being the deluxe no riser so that already gives it 4 stars. Only thing is i think the joysticks are a little stiff. But overall its a great purchase for the man cave or game room.

The assembly of the cabinet was not overly challenging by yourself, but not easy either. Once completed, the reward of turning on the arcade machine was worth the time it required to build ( which was 2-3 hours in my case ). All of the twelve games operate flawlessly, with no bugs. My roomate recently scored 101,500 on Galaga 88 and I’m trying to reach 100,000 on Ms. Pac Man!

Present for my wife. She loves it and was the best present in a while lol. Putting it together was a challenge but after 3 hours it was up and running . Then i saw the video for assembly lol

Great game. Arcade1up really stepped up with the quality. Packaging was pristine and assembly only took two hours with no problems. No controller lag like the earlier models. Screen is crisp. Audio is loud. Very minor gripes: the joystick knob sometimes loosens with heavy play. Also the wifi is finicky. I often have to re-enter my password when i want to upload scores. Not a deal-breaker, maybe it’s just my machine. I really enjoy Mrs. Pacman on this.

Purchased this arcade system for my office, and it's fantastic! I enjoy reliving the nostalgia of classic arcade games that I used to play. BestBuy's delivery was prompt, and everything functions as anticipated. While it's a more compact version than the arcade behemoths, the highlight is the array of multiple games to choose from.

I love it! I highly recommend purchasing this arcade game. Especially if you love arcade games.

Though it was a little tough putting it together myself in the beginning, once I gotta a little help towards the end, what an awesome arcade! I got this for my 80s theme birthday party and it was a hit!! Love the games and its fun for all ages.

This model does NOT include all the normal Arcade 1 UP 1981 series games. Cabinet is not well made, compared to their prior units. Instructions to assemble are not accurate or reasonable to follow.

I purchased this solely for my grands but I've enjoyed playing it myself. Even though I am older now, I have been playing pacman since childhood. I love it.
