I really wanted to like this keyboard for my iPhone 15 Plus because I am a terrible screen typer. Even with spell check and autocorrect I am super slow with tons of errors. I thought this keyboard would help but for me it is a non-starter. The keyboard at the bottom forces you to hold all the weight of the phone at the top, so it wants to tip forward due to gravity. This makes typing a bit awkward and uncomfortable. The next factor is how skinny it has to be to fit the phone, with the keys at the bottom, you have to type in a more narrow arrow than you do if you are holding the phone on the sides. I think this would work for a regular iPhone and someone with smaller hands. For me I am going to get a Samsung Z Fold 6 instead in hopes I can finally type without feeling so cramped.

The case itself is amazing. I type more accurately and quickly with a physical keyboard. I didn’t mind the added length to the phone as I have the iPhone 15 Plus. However, the native shortcuts with the case did not work so I reached out to Clicks customer service to see if there was something I needed to do. My phone was also not charging with the case. (There was only so much tech support Best Buy could offer me as they’re just the retailer. The only thing they could do was offer me a replacement or a refund.) Clicks tech support never emailed me back after sending me a generic email and over 12 hours of waiting. I think this is ridiculous for how much this case costs. Never mind the fact that I paid for 1 day shipping and it took more than that. It’s a shame because this product is awesome, but it’s bogged down by ineffective quality control and non-responsive customer service. I hope to never interact with this company again, and I will make sure friends and family don’t either. Returning this case ASAP to get my money back. If you value your dollars, don’t purchase from this company. Companies like this need to realize the customer is what keeps them in business; so do right by them.
