does everything i need. very powerful hopefully get 5+ years out of it.

I recieved the wrong PC I paid for. I got the Set instead of the Horus. I tried contacting Best Buy but they said return it to the store which is an hour away thats why I chose to have it shipped. I even said just send me a HDD that I could install myself and that wasnt even an option. So now I have to drive to BB...
We regret that there was initially an issue with the system, but are pleased that our Support Team here at CLX was able to save you a long trip to the store.
We see that you were shipped the correct system, and that there were two factors in play here that lead to the perfectly reasonable conclusion that it was not:
1) When naming the system, one of our team members committed a human error, naming it CLX Set instead of CLX Horus. We sincerely apologize for this.
2) During transit, a cable for the 8TB drive came loose, causing it to not be accessible or seen by the O/S.
Upon seeing your feedback, we reached out to assist, and were able to help in addressing and remedying both of the above.
