Incomplete product.

I was told it was basically ready to use, and when I opened the box the instructions informed me of like 4 simple steps. I don’t play often and I am new to this kind of thing, but my computer always seemed to lag horribly. I assumed it was an internet issue - I even canceled my internet plan in favor of a new one . Well my friend who knows computers came over and informed me it is missing its graphics card. I apparently missed the 15 day window for and assistance or returns. I’m frustrated because nothing in the box told me I was supposed to have a seperate part, or it was never installed in the first place. Looks like I’m gonna have to shell out more money for not knowing enough about ‘gamers first computer’ to realize I was missing a part.

First, please know that the system is not incomplete. This system is listed as having "Radeon Graphics Shared". Instead of a discrete GPU, such as a video card that is installed into a motherboard slot, the CPU has graphics capabilities built in.
While this type of GPU will run a wide variety of games very well, there are others whose requirements - either at certain settings or in general, exceed its capabilities.
For the former situation, our Support Team will be happy to assist you in changing game settings, etc., to help run your games more smoothly.
In case of the latter, where the game simply requires more out of a GPU, you can always install a video card into the system. Doing so will -not- void the warranty or customer service we at CLX provide.

This system configuration should run Fortnite with an FPS of up to 80, at 1080p and medium settings.

"Customer service" won't do anything other than cancel the order. The website doesnt have accurate information on shipping.
