    Ordered this pc after a lot of research and shopping around. Best pc on a budget for a beginner and for what you get. Easily upgradeable. Would not run high demand games but that is easily fix with a better graphics card, which I knew I would need to upgrade before purchasing the pc.

    Took a lot of time to get it ready to go. It would not support my GPU at first but I tecked it out and got it done.

    Bought as a first computer for my teenage son. He likes it but I will need to upgrade the graphics card at some point but is a good starting computer for gaming

    This PC is absolute trash. I bought the graphics card for the PC because it was lagging. Well the graphics card won't work with the memory card because the whole system was refurbished and over 5 yrs old. I called Best Buy and they said because I opened it and added the graphics card the warranty was voided. I asked them why they sold me a PC that was over 5 yrs old as new? Oh they said that's typical. When I asked for a refund or at least some sort of credit they said well you already added stuff to the PC so the warranty is no longer valid. This PC is 7 months out of the box. I will NEVER do business with Best Buy again. My coworker who is fixing it said that I got ripped off!! Thanks Best Buy!!! I'm filing a complaint to the BBB.

    This is okay just don’t try to download a lot of games. It doesn’t have the space. Not truly meant for heavy duty gaming

CLX systems do not use proprietary parts, and any properly installed component that does not damage the system, will -not- void the 1 year parts, lifetime labor warranty, or free lifetime technical support we at CLX provide.

      With regard to frame rates, depending on the game, the settings for that game, internet connection, etc., some games will of course run perhaps a bit slower than others. There are, however, ways to address that.

    This PC was perfect for what I needed (13 year old, for gaming and a school). I had to order it and had it shipped to the store. That was a fast and easy process with good communication.

    Does everything a computer does like play videos and music i can use my ClipArt studio on it just fine and play games like Tricky Towers, Fortnite and Baldur's Gate 3 on it
