With regard to the FPS, this will depend heavily upon the resolution the game is played at, as well as the other various game settings, as well as what else is running at the time, and the internet connection.

While, as it ships, this would not be a system to run Fortnite at exceptional FPS at max settings, at medium to low settings, it would be expected to perform smoothly.

In addition, should you choose to do so, you could modify the configuration by installing a dedicated graphics card, instead of using the on-die GPU.

It is important to note that modifying the configuration does -not- void the warranty or support we here at CLX provide.

First, to address the M1 600 vs. M2 550 mentioned in the feedback, which we believe is a reference to the power supply. The power supply specification listed is 550 Watts, which the M1 550 pictured in the listing is. The pictured supply is also 80Plus Bronze rated. The power supply that is in the system received is the same brand and series, but more powerful. It is an M1 600, which is 600 Watts and still 80Plus Bronze rated.

Second, with regard to the keyboard, if there was an error in the model sent, we sincerely apologize for the human error, and will be happy to correct that for you.

Third, we are at a bit of a loss regarding the stated lack of a WiFi card, as the production images of the system clearly show one installed, so we are uncertain as to why the system might not be getting a wireless connection, unless the antennas are not currently installed, or the card were jarred loose during transit, despite our robust packaging.

Fourth, the feedback indicates a concern about the processor. The processor is correct, and if the system is running more slowly than expected, we will be happy to look into that, and remedy any issue.

In fact, a member of our Support Team has already been reaching out to help, and address all of the concerns mentioned in the feedback, and make certain that the system is running properly.

Thank you for choosing CLX; we regret that your experience with this configuration has not been the positive one normally experienced by the vast majority of our customers, and would like to respectfully not only address some of the points raised, but also extend to you, an offer of assistance!


First, the system is not advertised as coming with a graphics card, but rather CPU Integrated Radeon graphics, which it does. While the Radeon graphics are more than suitable for many, should you need or simply desire a more powerful, and dedicated GPU, one can be easily added to the system, as we do not use proprietary parts in the build. Please note that should you choose to modify the configuration, doing so does not void the warranty or support we at CLX provide.

Second, with regard to the memory, as with all of the components we use in our PC's, we are particular about the brands and models we will use. All of which are selected based on reliability and performance, instead of just price. However, despite this care, there are times when a component encounters an issue, and when this happens, we are happy to assist in remedying that issue.

This brings us to the mention in the feedback of issues being encountered. While the nature of the issues is not mentioned, please know that we are happy to help. Whether an actual issue with the hardware, or some simple adjustments to settings or driver versions, to increase performance with the programs/games you are running, our Support Team will gladly assist you.

Thank you for choosing CLX - we regret that you have encountered an issue with connecting to WiFi, and will be happy to help!

When we ship our systems, the antenna(s) for the WiFi connection are normally not attached to the system, to prevent breakage during transit. The antenna(s) would be found in the accessories box, included with the system.

We mention this, because the most common cause for one of our systems not being able to connect to WiFi when it arrives, is that the WiFi antenna(s) had not yet been attached to the PC, when the connection attempt was made.

If the antenna(s) were attached, if you need assistance in attaching them, or if after attaching them, you still cannot connect to your WiFi, please contact our Friendly Support Team, toll-free, at 855.490.2569, and we will gladly help you to remedy the issue.
