Very bad build quality

Thank you for choosing CLX; while we sincerely regret if the system arrived in a damaged condition, we must -respectfully- take exception at the assertion that it was due to the quality of the product.
The system itself is of high quality, and the glass panels are strong tempered glass. In addition, we use very robust custom packaging that exceeds the shipping carriers requirements. This packaging sees nearly every system safely to its destination.
However, if despite these factors, a system arrives with one or more broken glass panels it is through no fault of the product itself, but rather a testament to the extreme stresses and even abuse to which packages can be subjected during transit.
