Computer runs absolutely fanstic. Plays cyber punk with no issues on high settings. Runs my graphic deisgn and charting software for work smoothly and amazingly fast even with multiple programs and windows open. My only small issue is the machine is that the fans are not exactly super quiet. The fans keep it cool even when running at full power but it is a bit loud. Nonetheless, after a few days I got used to it and now do not mind at all.

This PC was able to play Helldivers 2 on Ultra 4k at 60 FPS. If it can run a game that poorly optimized at 4k60 Ultra, then it can pretty much run any game. The fans are kinda loud, but I suppose I can just leave my PC on and use it as white noise for when I sleep? Construction is a bit odd. One of the side panels and the front panel (which is GLASS, by the way) pop right off with a tug, rather than being secured in with screws. Can't say I've seen that before, and the front panel being glass and popping off makes me worry a little. But again: Runs a high-end game at perfect 60 fps, even with all graphics turned to max! Awesome!

Ordered 12/2/24. Was supposed to be here 7 days later. Still being sold on your website with a 7 day delivery window. I tried to call BB customer service multiple times and got lied two 3 times before I gave up and went to my local BB. While more helpful, you just keep telling me it's shipping? I know 3k is not a bunch of money to a corporation, but to the average person, it is substantial and unacceptable to hold my money hostage. As a lifelong BB customer, this may be my last purchase from you. I suggest that you go anywhere but here for your next gaming pc!! Ruined not only my sons christmas but his college graduation present as well!

Ordered this desktop for at store pickup on 12/07/2024 with a ETA delivery of 12/19/2024 and still haven’t recieved it yet. Called the customer service number on 12/20/2024 and was told it was being shipped to the store as we spoke and still no delivery. Ive been given several different answers so i went to the Best Buy location its being sent to and the manager looked on his computer after speaking with a customer service rep and was basically told they have no idea when it will arrive because the vendor (CLX) has not shipped it yet. Im sure the desktop works great judging from all the reviews but the customer service and delivery time is awful. I will never buy anything else from Best Buy again.
