I bought this Computer in May 2024. Absolute beast of a Computer. I do not game but I do trade futures , stocks, etc and this computer is absolute money. Starts up in about 5 seconds. there is absolutely no bloatware on it. Compared to the other brands BestBuy sells in their store this one is way better quality. In fact, the others look cheap compared to this monster. I love it. It was worth the extra money. I was a little apprehensive about a 2k computer being delivered by FedX but the computer was extremely well packaged and I had no problems with the delivery or setting up.

amazing PC haven't had any probpems, easily run any game ive tried. Came with instructions for setting up to make everything easy.

I am ebjoying the CLX Set gaming computer bought at Best Buy. I was told a delivery date of two weeks & was pleasantly surprised it arrived a week early. It was packaged well. The hardware is exactly what I wanted, plus I am still a le to add if I desire.

It runs smoothly and everything is well designed. This pc allows you to control many aspects of it. It is a wonderful pc.

Wow this pc is amazing!! Its absolutely worth the price, im so happy i saved to get it. Its perfect for streaming, the visuals and speed is fantastic for gaming and overall im extremely pleased with my purchase.

I bought this prebuilt computer, this is my first time ever getting a prebuilt. I figured I would give this mid range computer a shot since I can’t build my own anymore due to functionality of my hands. Its been nothing but a problem since about 10 minutes after the first start up the fans would stop working so called CLX after calling Best Buy first I figured it was maybe a bad fan controler the guy tried to tell that since it has a AOI that the fans don’t have to work and that all the fans do is move the hot air out of the case hahaha. Then what about the fans on the radiator do they not need to work to cool the liquid down to cool the cpu and he said all that needs to work is the pump on the cpu what joke hahahaha this kid is a real comedian and the cheap keyboard doesn’t work properly either but that’s expected for what companies send, best just to use your own anyways. So finally hang up without any issues solved so call back hopefully to get a different person so they ran some diagnostics remotely and sent me a new fan controller took a week and a half to come then had to wait another week for my son to come here to help switch them guess what wrong controller came so they send another same time frame as before and again wrong controller so I told them just to take it back I dont want it if its not working right for that money I’ll just get one of my kids help build one again but Best Buy wouldn’t take it back because it was past the return date even though I did exactly what they told me to do was to call CLX first because it’s there computer and Best Buy is just a middle man. I bought a new fan controller that is for this setup fans work now but never should’ve had to do that. Giving two stars because now that I fixed it. It not bad for a prebuilt computer and a nice thing is there wasn’t a bunch of bloatware on it.

Couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase! The build is super clean and it runs my games on ultra settings in 4k without breaking a sweat.

Problems I had: * Frequently gets a black screen when i restart the pc or start it up. which i then have to physically shut down the pc with the power button, - I always wait when that happens but nothing ever happens but a black screen. - when I used command prompts it said there were corrupt files. (maybe from the shutting down) *Bluetooth not working, though it did at the beginning. end! My thoughts: The problems may have been from either: *me using my portable hard drive to start my new pc from there and maybe there were corrupt files already on it. -yet I don't have most of these problems with my current pc. - I used antivirus software on it so no virus was there too. or The hard drive was fine, and it happened with the black screen on restart. I know from experience that also corrupts files when I don't know what's going on in the background. what i loved: - PC a whole lot bigger than I originally thought it would be! - i love the door handle on the side of the case for easy access inside! - the case also looks amazing, and i can see the inside. - 32gb Ram was amazing - RTX 4070 was amazing a complete upgrade from my 1070 - fast start up! - Greate RGB lighting - very quiet! (i expected more noise) Honestly, I would have kept this pc despite what I went through, cause i could have just called and things i feel could have easily been fixed or explained. but also cause of circumstances this pc was too big for me to take with me. I don't know how long I'll live where I do but if I get a stable place then i would love to get it again.

Best purchase I have made in awhile. Would highly recommend this if you’re considering buying this. Very happy with this & your store is awesome.
