We regret that an issue was encountered, and would like to help remedy that suspected overheating issue, whatever the cause; whether it be that something related to the liquid cooler was jarred a bit loose in transit, or if the airflow for the system is being restricted (perhaps due to the supportive packing for the GPU not being removed after delivery, or the system's location in its current environment), or some other cause.

As to the comment in the feedback of, "All parts of the PC where generic or minimum they had to be besides the GPU and cpu...", we admit to being a bit confused.

Though we certainly respect your opinion, we would like to point out that brands such as the ones in the system in question, used for major components, including ASRock, Enermax, Kingston, Western Digital, MSI, and Gigabyte and are not generally seen as being, "generic", nor are features (other than the GPU and CPU), such as a 1TB SSD, 4TB HDD, 360mm Liquid Cooling System, and 1000W Modular 80PLUS Gold power supply usually seen as, "minimum".
