It's cute, but I've had so much trouble out of it! I've had to wipe drive and re-start computer from beginning twice now. And I admit it might be WINDOWS 11 SYSTEM more so than the computer.

If we are understanding the feedback correctly, we believe we know the likely cause. Although this happens only rarely, when it does, it is often because the main power switch on the power supply itself is not in the on position. When this is the case, the power button on the top/front of the system will not have any effect. The main power switch is a rocker-switch style, so it can easily be rocked into the off position when removing the system from packaging, and/or during setup.
