This product is great for my housekeepers who appears to be unable to find them when needed. Usually close quarters and not for the long range all day use. Another great feature it has the USB charging capability. Multi channel and volume controls plus you can install your earpiece to avoid disturbing the guests.

It's a good product. I bought it a long time ago and I'm still very amazed because it's a good product. I highly recommend it for everyone.

Good value. More immediate, reliable comm than cell phone in our area. Worked well within range of about 100 yards, house to house/yard. Pretty clear reception and speaker/mic. Shortcomings include the batteries provided -- unit never seemed to indicate fully charged though batteries were charged. Can't complain given sale price and solid performance over a few weeks. They did the job.

Cobra has been around for ever and I have used cobra products for decades. Wanted something low priced with a three mile reach. Terrain will limit the communication ability of all radios, so why pay more when cobra is light weight, space saving and has the basic features of an expensive long range that really wont reach the distance for the same reason, terrain. Water proofing would be excellent!

Cobra walkies are great. Both worked great for play, hurricane, and the parks. Kids love them. Easy to set up and charge. Belt loop was tricky but read directions. Very small compact, which is what I wanted. Distance is good for price! I use them also.

We bought these because my daughter and I were tired of shouting over ACs and TVs. They work great. Simple and easy although the instructions could be a little clearer. The one downside is the batteries. They took all night to charge the first time and never finished the second. We solved this by buying recharable batteries and charger.

We didn't need anything super high powered or technologically advanced for these walkie talkies. They are a great size for the kids and work at a good enough distance where they can run around the neighborhood but still be in contact with us at home.

Easy to use. Bought it to give to my 5 year old to learn how to use a radio communication device for emergencies. User friendly channel selection and controls. Downfall recharging requirements would limit operation during extended power outages. Weather radio function lacks reception and clarity of information. Overall nice buy for the price.

great product for keeping track of family and friends while on a short excursion or in your own neighborhood. A good alternative in a variety of scenarios. I used it to keep track of a fellow passenger on a cruise ship with many decks and activities going on throughout the day. It worked great.

Good range and clear reception. Simple to operate, Four year old took out of box, went a block away and began conversation with parent who was in their home.

I bought these on sale. Used them for a visit to some amusement parks in Orlando. The range, and the quality of the sound were fantastic. Very simple to use.

Both my son (age 6) and his friends and my son and I use these walkie talkies -- they are simple enough for a child to use but also effective for adult 'actual' use -- if he is going to his friend's house 3 houses up the street, I have him take one, and then I can call him on the other one when it is time to come home for dinner, for example -- also he and his friends have a great time playing 'army' or 'spy' with them -- both practical and fun!

These 2-Way Radios (Walkie-Talkies) are so much fun to use at a large event or at a place with a large crowd. This range on these radios are fantastic. Up to 16 miles with no obstructed view. They have 22 different channels on them just in case there are a lot of other people usage the same channel as you are. The walkie-talkies come with a call feature that will ring the other walkie-talkie to notify that you are trying to reach them. They are lightweight and have a belt/pocket clip for easy use. The volume and quality of sound coming out of these 2-Way radios are perfect for almost any use.

Use this walkie at work and for camping. Good reception, can hear oter people clearly.

I got this knowing fully well the limitations of the device. It is wonderful for kids to play with around the block and with their friends at the parks, pretty good reception none the less, about 2 miles or so in city limits. If you are looking for a long range clear comms with lots of features keep looking. But for the price I paid on sale for about $24 it was well worth it.

For the price, these are just OK. Battery is not that bad but, could be better. They don't have that nice quality feel. Cheap plastic and really small, pictures don't help with the size.

This is a solid, no frills set of 2 way radios. They're a bit smaller, so they're perfect for kid sized hands. We've used these with our kids in our neighborhood with no issues. Comes with a handy dual charging cable which we sometimes use for our tablets. Great value for the price.

I purchased these for my 6 year old son and he really enjoyed using them with his friend at the park the past several weeks. The only issue we had is that the battery life tended to be shorter than I had expected. The walking talkie would go dead about an hour and a half after casual use. Other than that, it worked fine and charged up quickly.

Value for money radio for basic needs. Range is okay for the price.
