I purchased this set of radios so I could communicate with my daughter when we were out in the mountains skiing. We had previously had regular walkie takie radios but never used them because of the bulk of carrying them. These radios are great, they either clip onto your jacket or slip very easily into a pocket. They also charge via a standard usb connection and you don't have to bring bulky charging cradles like regular sized radios. These radios are so easy to carry we find us using them all over the place. I have not done extensive testing on range beyond line of sight.

We bought these for for our kids to use in lieu of a phone when they are riding bikes around the neighborhood so we could get in touch with them. They are a good size and I like that they can clip onto clothing, however, the range stinks. We definitely did not experience a 12 mile range, they barely worked a quarter of a mile down the road. The kids have enjoyed using them around the house and in our yard. Don’t expect these to reach much further than that.

They are great! Have had some in the past. They are small but they work great. Good range. Good battery. Fun to use for any occasion.

These are fun and easy to carry around they last a long time and get a good range

Is an excellent buy for the money. Works very well. But don't buy it if you live in a large city -- it picks up conversations from far away! From buildings. From low & high floors. I'd expect that this problem would be an important benefit out in the countryside or in the woods.

These Cobras walkies worked great during our 10 days cruise and they worked seamlessly with another pair of Cobras that another couple in our group had. Compact and easy to use.

Loved these walkie-talkies! They gave awesome range and you can change channels if it gets staticky. Would buy again!

I like that you can just clip them on to your belt or your shirt and it frees up your hands and you can still stay in contact and they work pretty good for short range.

These radios were the worst ever. They picked up everybodies conversation but the right one. There is no way to change the channels.

I brought these walkie talkies for camping. The battery life is great and a works really well.

Haven't had a chance to use them, yet , but looks like a pretty sweet set up!

Works as claimed. not sure what the maximum range would be, but worked great for our purpose of communicating with my wife while I mow the lawn or am across the yard on our 1-acre property,

These Cobra walkies clip on to a button-up shirt or polo quite easily for easy access to speak and listen. Easier to store and transport than standard walkies. Highly recommended!

Got these so my grandpa (96) could call for help if he needed it. Easy to operate small and simple enough for him. Reasonable priced and work perfectly.

Great walkie talkie for in home use and yard. Range up to 12 miles as advertised was not experienced. Purchased for personal use and 2nd purchase as a gift.

The coverage mentioned in specification is 12miles but it covers with a kilometer :( I am disappointed with it
