We don't know just yet as this was bought as a Christmas gift. We did buy the Geek Squad warranty though. If there are issues, we will deal with them then. Until then, we are usually pretty pleased with our purchases from Best Buy.

These are absolutely hot garbage! I bought them for one-time use during my cross-country move. We had a 3 car caravan and were never more than two car lengths separated, and certainly not 16 miles apart, and we could barely hear each other. Also, they come in a 3 pack, but only come with the ability to charge 2 at a time. And, it's nearly impossible to tell when/if they are fully charged.

They work ok. For the price they are awesome! If you want longer distance get upgrade.

We were disappointed that they only worked at a distance of one block or two.. Decided to keep them so the kids could have them when they are outside playing and their Mom or Dad can keep in touch with them.

I did not know you could buy a 3 pack, what a great idea. you can get a pair if that is all you need. So far it is perfect to have 3.

Used walk-in talkies to communicate with 2 children who were outside playing in the neighborhood. Eliminated screaming and yelling and allowed kids safety when unfamiliar people were in our community.

I used these during the last hurricane in Florida. They worked well and they have the weather channel.

These are great my wife uses them everyday at work to keep open communication with her employees

I've used this same brand but a different model that I feel was better. However, they don't make them anymore. This one is just ok.

They work good but not for range advertised on package.

Good walkie talkies. Work as intended. Maybe the buttons would be confusing bc they’re all the same but other than that they are usable. Good for kids or people in need of a quick fix

In our usage the range hasn't been great (maybe .5 miles) but I didn't expect magic from cheap walkie talkies. The kids have fun with them so they do the job.

Unfortunately, these didn't really work well for our purpose. We tried to use them inside a building and they wouldn't work. Nobody could hear anyone and they wouldn't really transmit through the floors and walls like we wanted.

We bought this for the kids to play around, but we end up using it for almost everything It has clear signal and we can be far away We simply love it! And for the price even better

Overall, they are good walkie talkies. I bought them for my daughter. They don't seem to live up to the 16-mile range. When we tried, we lost communication at about two miles. This will probably vary due to environmental variables, however. I like that they are rechargeable and have a weather radio built in.

I can't say they're rubbish, but close. Buttons don't work as supposed too, they are made very cheaply, which is probably why they are sold in a blister pack ! Should have know !
