They do not sound or respond like well made radios. At max volume, they cannot be heard. With every radio, line of site is key but 20 feet has these small radios struggling. Every channel has interference and they have no privacy add on. Was very disappointed but Best Buy helped to make things right by returning and refunding the item.

Good price but I see why
