Terrible walkie-talkie.

Mouth has to be 1 inch from the microphone. I have the volume on level 8. It automatically shuts off. Need it to stay on because we're not always transmitting. I would not recommend it for those reasons.

They seem to work good but I was disappointed that they only came with 6 rechargeable batteries when you need 9. When I contacted Best Buy chat agent they were NO help and disconnected the chat when I told them that!
