    Bought these to have on hand as part of my local CERT training. I really wish someone would come out with a pair of these that use Lithium-Ion batteries.

    Works well. Being in the city it obviously didn't get the 32 mile range with all the buildings/houses/etc in the way. Lots of features.

    Great for kids, has a lock future do the kids dont accidentally change the channel or setting. The built in LED flashlight is very convenient. Has low battery consumption, the battery setup is configured to charge the included rechargeable batteries or use standard AA. Fair chat distance, we used them camping and around the neighborhood. Just a solid pair of walkies!

    I bought these for my husband last Christmas. They work great but the range it claims to have isn’t near what the packaging or listing says. Disappointed but still serves its purpose.

      We are sorry to hear you are having issues with your radios not transmitting to each other. We do offer a 1 year warranty on our radios and a 90 day warranty on our defective accessories. That involves returning only the defective item(s) to us and we send a replacement(s). If you would like to start the warranty process, please provide us with a copy of your receipt(If no receipt, explain) along with your full name, mailing address, and a contact phone number. We will also need your model# and a brief explanation of the issue. Once we receive those details we will then provide you with the information for sending the defective item(s).
