Decent Detector

Although driving through the city it goes off quit often due to redlights and stuff (set on medium sensitivity). At medium it has a decent range to detect on the interstate.

Stop, Don't Buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It very poor as far as reliability, Useless notificationss, the software app does not for example quiet the alerts or stop very common alerts. Recently on a trip from Houston To Indiana, all i got was noise and false alerts , Waze maps was better at alerting me to possible police presense. I have used top of the line Radar detectors and this one is a totay waste.

Lucky for me I’ve barely been able to use it because my car got vandalized and totaled out and although I retained it, when I went to take it out right after the incident, the cord caught on a piece of metal under the dash and cut clean in half, so I’ve both bought a new cord and I’ve tried hardwiring it in, hardwiring doesn’t work that well I’m not sure why, and I haven’t received the new cord yet, but from the day or so of use I had out of it it seemed to do what it said, and really that’s all you can ask. I’m not a speeder, but I like to know where they are...

We like this one because it eliminates many of the false signals. It's a good radar detector for the money,
