Easy installation

No Support very little functionality

The touch controls are almost invisible to the naked eye and when you’re driving this is a major distraction. When you download the app there is an option for app support but like so many other companies now it is email only and good luck hearing from them. No I definitely would not recommend this product.

Who doesn't need a great dash cam when driving?

When the car was found the next day, his original dashcam was gone. He received this dashcam as a gift and was super excited. This version is an upgrade from his previous dash cam, and he is excited to start using it. He especially liked it's a dual view and he can use it with his Apple Car Play.

Been back to Best Buy 4 times for help but nobody can solve the issue. Tried Cobra tech support but cannot get a human to help. I cannot view nor manipulate any of the videos from my phone. It is a pain to pull the micro SD card out and pop it into my laptop every time I want to see anything. Will be returning this item shortly.

Posted .Thank you for your valuable feedback. The SC 220C features an internal Wi-Fi that enables connection with your phone or app, allowing you to access the camera's data. Additionally, this access point facilitates firmware updates through the smartphone, provided that your phone has an internet or data connection. When you tap the gallery or camera icon, you will see a message indicating that your phone is accessing the internal Wi-Fi network of the device. Once this Wi-Fi connection is established, you will be able to view the live feed from the camera as well as the gallery of videos and pictures. Please note that this connection is automatic when you access a feature that requires it, such as the Gallery. Great dashcam for the price

This one was fairly easy to set up. I like that I have to option to turn off the rear-facing (interior) camera's video and/or audio, for privacy.

Wish it came with a swivel mount (but given price can’t expect much more). Otherwise pretty nifty and haven’t had any issues so far.

Cobra dash cam

She super thrilled and excited with the extra it has built in. Rear camera cable is a little short for a full size suv but would probably work great in a smaller vehicle.
