Great except for instructions included

It gets plenty hot, the bubble jets are quite strong and satisfying and the customer support is terrific. The only improvement I would suggest is BETTER INSTALLATION CHART. I didn't have access to the internet so I could not use the videos they suggest and the paper info that came with the hot tub were terrible, tiny print and drawings, info so hard to figure out that we almost sent it back.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I do not have this item. I tried to, I bought it through Best Buy. I received it. But when I plugged in the pump, it turned on, but nothing happened. It was apparently "defective"- so I had to return Not just the pump, but the entire box. Was it easy to put everything back in? No. Did Best Buy's re-shipped new one ever come? No. No explanation, just nothing. So, my take is, I Give Up. Upon doing more research I see that these inflatables are basically "you get what you pay for"- and this is a glorified kiddie pool. Don't waste your time and money.
