Incredible game with amazing graphics!

We were disappointed once we uploaded it to see that it was INCOMPATIBLE with our unit! We returned it to the store and they couldn't help us. We called the 800 number and they couldn't help us. I will NOT be purchasing any more digital products from BEST BUY. Poor customer service is an understatement!
