Although it might be difficult to express praise for screws I have used some different varieties and ran into problems when they wouldn't drive all the way in but these bit in and ran all the way in flat. Good purchase.

They help complete the aesthetic while being absolutely necessary to hold up the wall.

Great Galdiator Screws

I had no issues with breaking or stripping the heads. Seem to be durable and high quality as well. They should hold up for a long time.
