      The price point is what sold me on this product. I have back problems, so i bouught this to help. The massage does a good job but not a great one. The heat is decent as well. After work i sit in it for hours watching tv. Its decent but not great but for the price it gets 4 stars.

      i love this product, it relaxes my back. i really love the heat. the massage intensity for the head neck is too much pressure but with it turned off the rest feels good.

      used it a few times dont know if the heater works tried it once, but it works feels good, pulse is weird, but on high the massagers are great wish they had more

      Bought 2 of these for my daughter and son in law for xmas since they live in N.Y.. They loved them! They are comfy, heat well and the massage function is awesome.

      Use this chair everyday on my office chair at work. Vibration is good, nothing spectacular, but for the price it does an excellent job. Only complaint is I wish the vibration was more spread out.

      This does not have moving parts it just vibrates which is exactly what I was looking for. I needed something for a long car ride to get my muscles lose and relaxed as I healed from a muscle injury.

      The heat is an added bonus. The zones of massage are very helpful for specific back pain areas. The remote control is a touch.

      Returning this item. the heat portion did not heat up well. The massage function felt good but the massage pieces in the seat area was uncomfortable on my legs.
