Its isn't a bad chair i use it for work every day. The massage vibratory is pretty useless but the chair is holding up pretty good for a 315 lb man.

I thought this chair would fit my needs but I was really disappointed .... I'm a big person ( weight wise ) .... I tried everything to get comfortable in this chair & it was not going to happen .... I ended up returning the chair .... Best Buy should bring back the chairs to in store display's ... Would make it a lot more easier for the customer to actually be able to test the chair before purchasing & would also make it easier for your store employees ... Hard to do that when you can only see & buy them online . I'm a retired disabled veteran & a friend had to help me put it together & then I had to go through the hassle of returning it .... Bring them back to the store's as display's .

Most likely the worst chair ever created. Doesn’t have any recline option. You are upright at the most uncomfortable position. Massage is necessary due to the terrible position your back is in while sitting. Putting it together was easy though, sitting in it, not so much…

Ordered online, arrived quickly, but had to be exchanged as the first one slipped through quality control with a broken power unit for the massage part. Once the next one arrived and was put together, it worked. The "massager" just vibrates the chair and makes noise, does not feel like a massage. Seat is okay and seems sturdy so far. When on sale it is okay, but full price not really worth the money as there are better chairs out there.

The chair doesn't recline and the seat is hard. I expected more performance out of the chair.

This chair is awesome! The massaging part is wonderful. All it takes is a couple of batteries and it's on. Great investment.

the massage function is decent but if your buying that for that feature, invest in a better one. chair wise- its good for its price. Very firm.
