Not the best piece I’ve purchased but great for the low price.

A little discomfort but I'm getting used to it. It may be how I sit.

Chair will not lean backward, only right and left.

The seat is flattening and the back can not be adjusted so it leans forward. I would not even give it a full star.

Our 3 chairs came with a damaged arm on every one and one seat came with no padding and another one the battery pack was broken!

I did not like this chair. It leans way too far forward

I like the comfort of the chair but putting the arms to the back ad seat were a nightmare, then when it is finally put together it sits lopsided on the top, me and my stepdad took it apart and redid it 5 times but it still came out lopsided to the left. The fact that it massages is a nice addition to the fact that it does not recline any but it still a good chair just not fully what I expected.

Very nice chair, comfortable as well. The backing of the chair starting apart after 2 years though

We bought this in 2017 and it's still in use. The massage part was not well wired and no longer works, the leather is looking worn out, even with keeping a blanket on the seat. The son who uses this is not heavy, my husband has the same chair and it handles his weight fine. Don't count on the massaging feature, it's pretty cheap and not long lasting. In fact in one chair it was not wired right and never worked. Recently a wheel snapped off, so replacements were ordered. The replacement wheels that were ordered are a lot nicer than the originals. Overall not bad for every day light use.

This chair is advertised as being leather on all the descriptions, but that is very misleading. When it came in, it states that it is "bonded leather upholstery with vinyl match." I was expecting leather, but was very disappointed to get vinyl.
