This is an 80's cheese fest filled with over-the-top action and quotable one-liners. It's not a "good" film, pre-se, but for fans of action and Schwarzenegger, it carries a silly charm that will have you grinning all the way through it. A guilty pleasure for sure.

I love Commando and was happy to see a director's cut released, but don't go looking for a lot of extra footage. It amounts to probably about a minute and it's just extended violence/gore scenes. It's great to have both versions on one disc with some nice extras, including commentary. The steel book care is really nice, too!

This is a older movie that I had previously seen, but my wife had not and I was delighted when I was able to purchase it from BestBuy at a good price so my wife and I can watch it anytime we want.

Got to love the one man army type movies. This one does not disappoint. The 80's had some great movies. Get this one it's a classic!!!

If you love 80s action then this is required viewing. Arnold is in top form here with great one liners and as you lose count of shots fired and explosions. A cool case and this is the somewhat longer director's cut. Grab a copy and let's party!

Excellent Schwarzenegger in an excellent action packed romp of a movie. Not as good as Last Action Hero or The Last Airbender, but truly a gem of the lot.

Classic action movie from Arnold Schwarzenegger prior to Terminator 2. Added bits of Graphic violence really don't improve the film any, but for those that like a bit more carnage in their action films, it is here in this edition.

This is the spoof action movie of all time, don't know if that was the intention when it was made, but it's hilarious. My favorite is the "Never ending" ammo belt that at one point you can see is just tied to the fake machine-gun LOL

This is one of Arnold Schwarzenegger's best movies! It may be a total product of it's time and cheesy as all hell but that's the charm. The amount of action would get any action, arnold, 80s, shooting, nut off. It's Arnold's best cheesy movie.

This is one Arnold's over the top action movies that includes a ridiculous body count, multiple shootouts and a little comedy thrown in! Not as epic like Terminator or Predator but still worth viewing for entertainment!

A fun romp from a bygone era, Commando remains a classic of impossible violence in films. Focusing more on violence and less on plot, it nevertheless has some very funny lines. A classic 80's era film.

A great movie from the former Governor of California, Ahnold, with an interesting plot and plenty of action. Looks crisp in Bluray with good audio. Also like the metal case packaging.

I generally do a walk through in my local Best Buy very Sunday to see what is new or on sale. I saw the movie Commando which i've seen on TV numerous times but saw it setting there in the store. So immediately grab it for purchaser to add to my collection..

It is certainly not an Academy Award winner but if you want to just enjoy a fun 80's action movie with some of Arnold's best one liners than this is one not to miss and it was another Steel Book exclusive from BEST BUY that was worth picking up because of the great special features!

I grew up watching Commando as well as all of the other movies with Arnold Schwarzenegger. This movie I believe is an overlooked gem because not many people have heard of it and yet it is a cool action movie. One of my favorites. I like the music in it too.

Commando is a one versus all 80's action movie. It is improbable fun that shows how Arnold is on the mark with whatever weapon he uses and the "bad guys" are terribly trained. The one liners and the nostalgia will stay with you for hours after viewership.

This movie knows exactly what it is. High body count, lots of flexed muscles and gunfights, and so, so many great one-liners. James Horner's score is fun (RIP). Give it a go if you'd like some fun 80s-era action.

One of my favorite movies from the 80's, fresh from Terminator this is classic Arnold. Guns, Planes,Fights,Explosions and Tarzan Swing from a banner thru a Shopping Mall....Cant get better than this!

a great action movie. There's tons wrong with it. For example what sane person would want to team up with a apparently crazy man that just kicked the snot out of some mall guards. Still it's a fun movie and Ill always love it.
