Good job on install wish my member would have provided some perks

Geek squad did an awesome job installing the component speakers in my Altima. Tweeters in the dash and speakers in the door panels. Everything works perfectly

Just wanted to leave a note about my overall experience with my last purchase/install at the Whitehall pa store. Spoke with Max at the install bay. Was very happy with Max as he did the last install in my Nissan @ the Bethlehem store about 2 years ago. He is a perfectionist. I knew I would be in good hands with this installation. I brought to the store a very difficult install as I have a Ford 2021 F-250. As expected, Max did a flawless job. In addition to his excellent work inside the car his knowledge of car audio is unsurpassed. His advice on the install is what made the results completely awesome. I am once again very happy. I had six replacement Best Buy speakers (Polk Audio) installed in my small SUV (2 woofers, 2 tweeters, and 2 two-ways). The installer was maticulous and when done the appearance looked "factory installed" (only sounded much better). The installer talked me through what parts he needed to use or fabricate and provided advice on what sound dampening I should add (not the typical up-sell, recommended what I needed and nothing more). When he was done he completely cleaned the car and there was no mess left behind. Only downside was the job took longer than expected but he was so careful I didn't mind.

Pedro at the North Spokane store is DA MAN -mmhooked up my ProMaster 2500 Cargo van with the full new headunit 10.5 inch touch screen display and new speakers with the Maestro kit that makes all my steering wheel switches work as if installed at the factory.

When I bought a new car a couple months ago, I was almost immediately unhappy with the factory sound system. Not enough of, well, anything. Being on a tight budget, I needed to take a "scientific" approach to upgrading the system. I went to Best Buy and, after several discussions and recommendations from the technician (I wish I could remember his name so I could call it out publicly), he suggested we start by replacing the speakers. Installation was prompt and the vehicle maintains its factory look, but sounds so much better. I'll be back in two weeks (next payday) to add an amp. I trust these guys.

Our Best Buy auto stereo sales and install team was easy to work with and helped us order the right install accessories before our appointment, and then completed the install of a new Alpine receiver and front door component speakers. They also took the time to help our daughter with a tutorial of the stereo and how to connect her phone via bluetooth. The install of the stereo was free so it made a difference in the cost. I felt like it was a good value and price compared to the car stereo specialty stores. The car is a 2008 Honda Civic sedan.

The installation for our speakers were going to be a challenge for my husbands truck. My husband is extremely picky about his 1992 Chevrolet truck, but his radio and speakers went out so he needed something. He was concerned that because it was so old, they may not be as careful with his truck, but mainly that since they were the original speakers, that the panels may not come down without tearing up. It was a flawless installation. The guys back there that we had working on my husbands truck were extremely professional and took great care of everything. The speakers hooked up perfect, fit perfect, and sound GREAT.

I really appreciated the workers who installed my JBL Speakers at the Roseville location. They were offering me other deals that would've been cheaper but the same type of speakers I was getting, although I stuck with the ones I purchased. I also really appreciated the person who took me back to my car after, and showed me what they did and was very informative as well about the type of subwoofers I was looking for that I could purchase later too. Definitely returning back here I'm super happy with the service.

Very polite, knowledgeable, and got the job done fast. I was told on the phone it was going to be 4+ hours and they had it done a little over 2.5hrs, when I need to update my CD player or put amps in I'm taking it to them!

I wanted to upgrade the factory speaker system in my new used car. I went to Car Toys just like everyone else does and they quoted me a price on four speakers and two tweeters with install. I quickly realized I could order the speakers online for a significantly less and Best Buy quoted me a price for the install that was roughly 60% of Car Toys. I was a little skeptical until I saw that all of Best Buy's installers are certified. What really sold me the deal is that they will even remove the speakers for free when I buy a new car! The install was quick and perfect. The guy who installed it was very professional. Would definitely go again!
