The person who installed the speakers I purchased was awesome. I forgot her name, but you couldn't even tell anyone had even been in the car when I got it back. Which was also the extact time they told me it would be done. Great job. I will be back.

They did an excellent job installing my car audio.

The install tech explained his process, and did a great job installing a new radio in my Subaru. After the install and some tests I realized the microphone for Bluetooth connection to my phone didn't pick up my voice, so I brought the car back in and the tech changed the mic location to ensure my satisfaction.

Needed new speakers installed to replace original stock 15yr old speakers that no longer worked. Staff was ready to begin work at scheduled appointment time, installation was completed within the 2hr time estimate provided by technician, and new speakers sound great. I will return to Geek Squad for future car audio installation services if needed.

By far the best customer service of any Best Buy in Columbus. I highly recommend that you DO NOT GO TO TUTTLE for your speaker install if you want a pleasurable experience. Products recommended to me are all great; the gentleman even walked me through every piece individually

Associate helped me decide on speakers based on his recommendation. Associate also installed speakers staying later to complete installation. Evening manager stayed with technical. Wish I had gotten their name so I could be more specific to rcommend them for recognition of doing a good job and have a very happy customer

Great work and final product installed by the car audio install in Altamonte BBY by ???. Sounds great and looks stock. JBL Component speakers front and back. Kenwood Amp to power them. The Total Tech Membership is worth it.

I will make the extra drive to see these guys for all installations in my car. They went above and beyond on the speaker installation. They even helped me fix a broken window switch that would have cost over $200 at the dealership! I can't say thank you enough for the speaker advice, workmanship, and customer service.

We went to the Pinole Location for installation and the staff was EXCELLENT! Very knowledgeable and suggested things for the system we weren’t aware of! I would highly recommend the crew in this location for work!

I went to 2 local bestbuy stores and at the 2nd location my cashier told me i had a decent installer . . . i mentioned it to the installer and im happy with my new speakers . . . next they are installing amp and lc2i . . . ill write another review after install is complete
