The agents installed my speakers, not once, but twice. They went the extra mile until I was happy, and I am very happy! Excellent work, and professional service.

Originally appointment was 6 weeks out because they have only 2 installers. Then covid shut it down for months. But finally installed, the installer was terrific- very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

There was a lot of custom work that needed to be done to replace the speakers in my 2004 Colorado. I tried, but in the end, decided to leave the work to the professionals. They did a great job. I couldn't be more happier with the quality of the work at Best Buy, Fair Lakes, Fairfax, VA/

I was jumped up in line and the installation went awesome!

Had geek squad install car stereo speakers and they did a great job. They were courteous and respectful and did a good job with install and cleanup. Much better than my horrific experience at Auto Audio in Little Rock.

Agent did a fantastic job on speaker installation. He ran into challenges doing standard wiring so he made accommodations to make it work. Really went above and beyond. Speakers are sounding great

So glad that Best Buy cares enough to hire some of the best and give them the training they need to do a top notch job. These were going in my husbands truck and he is extremely picky, and for him to say they did a great job is WAY OVER THE TOP

The Geek Squad did an excellent job of installation of my car audio system which was a Pioneer radio, Kicker amp and Kicker speakers. They did a thorough job. The job was time consuming but definitely worth the wait.

Did a great job installing my speakers. I was disappointed to find that there is a stain on my seat that was not there before I brought my new car in to be worked on. I figured it would come out if I scrubbed it but it did not and I look at it every day I get in my car.

Install was good, but unfortunately one of my cross overs wasn't working right, so we had to return the speaker and get a new cross over. Once they got the new cross over they put it in and tuned my entire car stereo. Again, it was fantastic.

Had a car speaker go out. Replaced the pair with same brand (JBL) and am totally happy. I've known/used JBL products for over 30 years so I was confident. Installation was quick and well-done. Over all, very happy with purchase/installation.
