This is a perfect remote start for my 2019 Mazda CX-9. It configured into my key fob so I can start with my original Mazda key. The price is great and it works perfectly well. The engine doesn't stop when I open the door. I wont hesitate to buy this again.

Bought this for my fiancee for his Toyota Avalon. He leaves for work at 4:30 in the morning and in the winter it is so cold and dark outside. He would always have to go outside about 15 minutes before he would leave to start his car to warm it up and defrost any snow or ice. He absolutely loves it, its changed his life! Best Buy did a fantastic and quick job for the install.

Excellent entry level starter. Easy to use and works as stated for distance range. Install went flawless and employee that did work was very pleasant and explained everything very well. This is my second compustar remote start I purchased & had installed at Best Buy. Definitely would recommend this starter and Best Buy’s service

Great product for the price. Never had any problems with it, Best Buy did install it also never any uses with wires showing or anything. Had it for 3 years and it still works like the first day I got it. Also the range on the remote is crazy far if your interested in that kind of thing.

Overall excellent product. No glitches so far. It's nice if you preset the heater to just get in the vehicle and have it warm already. The only negatives are you have to remember to not put your foot on the brake once you get in the vehicle before you turn the key on or it will turn the truck off. Also you will need 2 master keys that start your vehicle in order for them to program the remote starter. I was missing one. It cost around $80.00 to get another one made for this vehicle. If you need one, check with a locksmith if the key has to be programmed. A dealership will charge a lot more for the same work. Brian at Panama City Best Buy was the installer. He did an excellent job and spent plenty of time answering whatever questions I had.

I’ve been very happy with this product. Good reach from the house even when the car is a little further down the driveway. On 20 degree mornings there is nothing better than having the car warmed up before you get in.

had to have this installed because best buy tech unable to install original remote starter (VIPR DS4+) we purchased. seems to do the job as wife can start car from kitchen ( approx 60' away) and it is toasty when she gets in (as long as she remembers to turn up temp and fan when she leaves the car). nice feature is that it locks the car so you can puff away and not worry about your car being stolen.

This remote start works on my 2008 Lexus. It's pretty consistent so I don't have to worry about getting out to my car and it still being cold. I can use my car key fob to get in the truck but if I open a door, the car stops until I get in and push start it again.

2000 foot range! Inexpensive compared to dealership installs, profession workers in the auto area. AND I can start my car from inside a service building comprised of almost exclusively concrete. Great range

When I bought my minivan 13 years ago remote starts weren't an available option. But winters in Seattle make for cold cars - especially when you don't have a garage to park in. This aftermarket remote start was a perfect solution (and a lot less expensive than a new car.) Install was handled on site and took just a couple of hours. I've been using it for about a week now and I couldn't be more pleased.

Works great! I love that I can use my key and the remote start fob to start my car. It’s easy to operate and I love how far away I can be away from my car and start it.

I am extremely happy with my purchase of this remote start system. The price could not be beat and included installation. The system works just as expected. I have always trusted the compustar brand and have yet to be let down. Now I can start my car in the winter without going out in the cold and my car is warm when I get in. Could not be happier.

This has been a GREAT investment. Wasn't using it much at first but definitely gets used year round now. Best Buy installation was fast, and well done!

Love this remote starter. The range is 800 ft. No more freezing while my car warms up in the winter.
