This remote starter is working great! I bought it for my son who just had a baby and parks his car outside ...he says it's a game changer! The installation was quick and the technician was really helpful explaining all the steps.

Ian did a wonderful job. He couldn't fix the 10 year old Viper on my first visit. Came back 5 days later and his investigation into the Viper did not go well. He asked how much do I really want a remote car starter. So, opted for Compustar.

This was a gift for my MIL. We are pleased with the price and the fact that installation is being included. I received the same unit 2 yrs ago and it has worked perfectly.

This is my second Compustar remote start purchase. I purchased one in 2012 for my SUV and it never failed me. Worked perfectly for the 13 years I had the vehicle. I sold the vehicle and purchased another SUV this year, and immediately had this remote start installed. It has been working without any issues. I am very pleased!

Easy to use, good enough for me to warm up my car in winter time. I can start my car from 100 ft away and it turns off after 10 mins. Doors are lock while the engine is running. On top of that, the installation at Best Buy is free.

works great! Technician who installed it at Best Buy is to be commended for his install and customer service skills! Will definitely use best buy for service or installs. One comment when u order something from Best Buy u are not going to local store but a call center in Minnesota. As a result wrong item was ordered and received. luckily item I needed was in stock albeit at a higher cost.

I've had my remote start installed for 2 weeks now and it's the best decision I could've made. It's very helpful on cold mornings. Eric, my technician was excellent at explaining how everything worked. If I had a question, he was just a phone call away. I love the extra security that the device adds to my car and I was able to get my car's original keyfobs programmed instead of the ones that came with the device.

Best Buy was awesome. Bought two remote starters .They accidentally sent the wrong item which is understandable with the holiday season in full swing. The took care to the mistake and the two people at the Reynoldsburg Ohio store that done the install was awesome. Very professional .Very nice installers. Highly recommend.

Works great the guys who installed did a great job

Representative at Best Buy was very knowledgeable about the product including use, and the installation process. This one was recommended over a cheaper one due to all of those things. We booked the appointment was installed promptly and has worked well. It’s so nice to be able to start the car from inside the house, restaurant, or from work.

I love this remote starter. It is great to be able to start my car while still in the house and be able to get into a nice warm car on these very cold days. I would highly recommend this product. The staff at Best Buy were terrific. They helped me get the right product and the guys that did the installation were great and explained everything.

I've been wanting a remote starter for my truck for ages and finally pulled the trigger. Got this one because it was on sale, and I'm really happy with the purchase. The range is pretty good- it works from inside with the truck parked in the driveway on the side of the house. A bonus is that one of my keyfobs doesn't work for locking/unlocking the doors, but the starter remote does that too.
