The product was good but the service was excellent!!! I was instructed how to use the remote and the young who took care of everything was the BEST!! This is the 2nd remote start that I have purchased and can’t be happier!!

Love this car starter! It works as described and I am found to get another one installed on a new car. I think it is worth it to get the upgrade that increases the distance of the remote start and has an app available. This one doesn’t come with that, but it is still worth it and you can always upgrade later. A great choice and I also appreciated how installation was included.

I purchased Compustar for my 2023 Honda CRV EXL at the recommendation of installer Nick at Best Buy Manahawkin. I’m totally impressed. Nick was spot on with the projected install time of 3hrs as I also purchased the 2way upgrade 2WG15 with Drone Mobile. The only downside is this system & the other Compustar packages sold at Best Buy allows for a max run time of 35 minutes. Certainly not a deal breaker for me as I can just hit the run time reset command. Nick also connected the Aux 1 command for rear defrost.

Well I paid for this remote starter and I have an appointment on January the 8 th at 12:30 ( I will be their 15 minutes early) and have it installed so I haven’t had a chance to see how I like it but I’m sure I will, I got a good price so I’m happy

**A Disappointing Encounter with Remote Starter Purchase for My 2013 Scion tC** I recently embarked on what I thought would be a straightforward mission—purchasing a remote starter for my 2013 Scion tC. Little did I know, this experience would turn into a nightmare. From the moment I walked into the store, the customer service was lackluster at best. I had to wait an excruciatingly long time just to get someone's attention. When I finally did, the sales representative seemed disinterested and unknowledgeable about the product I wanted. After finally settling on a remote starter, the installation process was even worse. The technician informed me that the Viper brand I initially chose didn't include the app it advertised on the box. Frustrated, I switched to the Compustar system, believing that the app would work seamlessly once installed. However, upon attempting to register the product, I was told I needed another device installed. This meant yet another trip back to the shop, along with additional fees that they aren't responsible for. I forgot to mention in addition to the ridiculously priced remote starter, there is a $100 a yr subscription for the app. It doesn't say that on the box nor do the employees mention that either. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected better service and quality for such a significant purchase. I would strongly advise others to do thorough research and consider alternative providers before committing to have service done at Best Buy. As far as the product goes it works some issues turning on sometimes aside from that somewhat satisfied.

Setting up an installment was a little tideous . Nevertheless the remote starter has been great , it comes with 2 keys . Also the tech who set up the car starter made my original car key able to remote start the car as well so it’s like i have 3. Great investment to my Honda accord

This remote starter is excellent. The product works perfectly and the install at Best Buy couldn’t have been better. She even programmed my original key fob to work with the remote start system along with the 2 included key fobs! Exceeded my expectations!!!!

This remote starter has proven to be great. The distance that it works in also surprised me in a good way. The installation process with best buy was easy and hassle free. All is going well and I am enjoying having this in my car.

I was welcome with a smile from a staff, asking how he could help me. I told him what I wanted. He quickly escorted me to the department and handed me to his colleague. He introduced himself and asked me what am looking for. He got the item for me. He made my day.

This remote start is such a great product and saves time. I love the fact that I can get into my cas in the mornings and its very warm especially since I work night shifts. It runs for 15 minutes and shutsoff which is good.

Had to give up a key to make it work on a Scion Ia but the installation tech informed us we can get it back if we ever need it, though the Remote Start will no longer work if we do. The Remote Starter worked as advertised. Easy to use!

This item has worked out great for me. I put it on my 2016 Acura MDX and it’s been so nice having a warm car in this cold weather. Easy to use and I had a great experience with the install.

My 2012 Nissan Rogue did not have an remote start. I really LOVE this remote start add on. The installers were very informative before and after installation. It comes with 2 remote starters and they also found a ways to link my original car remote to the new system.
